A side airbag device is provided between a body and a seat of a vehicle. The side airbag device includes an airbag module, a base member, and a retainer member. The base member is disposed between the body and the seat, and includes an airbag housing portion in which the airbag module is contained. The retainer member is a member that supports the airbag housing portion. The retainer member includes a retainer body and a retainer attaching portion extending downward from the retainer body. The base member includes a base member body in which the airbag storage is provided, and a cover extending from the base member body. The retainer attaching portion includes a fastening portion that fastens the retainer member to the body or a frame of the seat. The cover extends at least to a position where the fastening portion is disposed and covers the retainer attaching portion.

Side airbag device and vehicle

A side airbag device capable of preventing interference between a harness and an airbag is provided between a vehicle body and a seat. The side airbag device includes an airbag module an inflatable airbag and an inflator supplying a gas into the airbag, a base member including an airbag storage portion having a concave shape and storing the airbag module and is attached between a vehicle body door and the seat, and a retainer member holding the airbag storage portion from the rear side of the vehicle body. The base member includes a first through hole through which a harness of the inflator is inserted and a flange which is formed in the periphery of the first through hole. The retainer member includes a second through hole through which the harness of the inflator is inserted and which is provided at a position facing the first through hole.

Side airbag device

A side airbag device capable of preventing interference between a harness and an airbag is provided between a vehicle body and a seat. The side airbag device includes an airbag module including an inflatable airbag and an inflator supplying a gas into the airbag, a base member including an airbag storage portion having a concave shape and storing the airbag module and is attached between a vehicle body door and the seat, and a retainer member holding the airbag storage portion from the rear side of the vehicle body. The base member includes a first through hole through which a harness of the inflator is inserted and a flange which is formed in the periphery of the first through hole. The retainer member includes a second through hole through which the harness of the inflator is inserted and which is provided at a position facing the first through hole.

Provided is a conveyance seat including a lateral support portion that provides good appearance. A lateral support portion of a seat back includes a base member that defines an outline of the lateral support portion and a surface cover arranged to cover the base member to form an outer surface of the lateral support portion. The surface cover includes multiple surface cover pieces interfaced with each other to form the surface cover and a strip-shaped body that extends out of the interface between the surface cover pieces in a reverse side portion of the surface cover. In a state where the surface cover covers the base member, the strip-shaped body is pulled toward a side of the base member opposite to that on which the interface is positioned with respect to the base member.

Conveyance seat

A reinforcement structure for a seat back frame includes a panel material; and a frame material joined to the panel material. The frame material is formed as a hat-type frame material including a web portion which is formed as a substantial U shape from a cross-sectional view and which forms a closed cross-sectional shape with the panel material, and a flange which is formed as one with the web portion and which is also joined to the panel material. A bead is formed in the panel material in a position opposing to the frame material.

Reinforcement structure for seat back frame

A vehicle seat including a seat back in which a seat back frame that is a flat plate is provided, wherein a reinforcement portion is provided to a surface of the seat back frame, the surface requiring reinforcement, and the reinforcement portion protruding in a shape of a line along the surface requiring the reinforcement from the surface requiring the reinforcement, and at least a part of the reinforcement portion is a stepped portion that is provided to continue from the other portion of the reinforcement portion and has a protruding height lower than a protruding height of the other portion, the protruding height being a height from the surface requiring the reinforcement.

Vehicle seat having seat back frame

A vehicle seat is thinned in a seat front to back direction. In the vehicle seat, a center seat has a seat back frame, a headrest which is provided above the seat back frame, a pillar which supports the headrest, and brackets which mount the pillar to the seat back frame. The pillar is arranged between the brackets and the seat back frame, the brackets have a weld bead which holds the pillar and a portion where a welding trace to be mounted to the seat back frame is formed, and the weld bead and the portion where the welding trace is formed are arranged at different positions in a direction which intersects a front to back direction of the center seat.

Vehicle seat

A reinforcement structure for a seat back frame includes a panel member and a frame member joined to the panel member. The panel member includes an outer peripheral flange formed by bending an outer peripheral portion of the panel member, and the outer peripheral flange includes a plurality of outer peripheral beads formed thereon and arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the panel member.
