A power storage device comprises: a plurality of power storage cells that are aligned in an alignment direction; an accommodation case that includes an upper case and a lower case and accommodates the plurality of power storage cells; a bus bar module that electrically connects the plurality of power storage cells together; and a cover that is disposed between the upper case and the bus bar module such that a portion of the upper case can abut thereon, the plurality of power storage cells being fixed to the lower case, the bus bar module including a plurality of bus bars that connect the external terminals of the power storage cells adjacent to one another in the alignment direction, the cover including a facing portion that faces the plurality of bus bars, the facing portion being provided with a projection that abuts on the bus bar.

Power storage device

A power storage device includes: a power storage stack; paired end plates; paired side covers; an upper constraint member; and a lower constraint member. The power storage stack has: a first stack; a second stack; and an intermediate plate. The paired side covers each have an intermediate engagement portion that engages with the intermediate plate, and paired side end engagement portions that laterally engage with the paired end plates, respectively. The upper constraint member constrains the power storage stack, while permitting the intermediate plate to move relative to the upper constraint member in the one direction, and the lower constraint member constrains the power storage stack, while permitting the intermediate plate to move relative to the lower constraint member in the one direction.

An engine cooling system includes a coolant circulation path, which circulates coolant between the water jacket and the radiator of an internal combustion engine, a pump, a control valve, which is provided in the coolant circulation path, and a controller. The controller executes a warming-up promotion control and a pressure relaxation control. In the pressure relaxation control, the controller controls the aperture ratio of the radiator port such that the lower the temperature of the radiator, the lower becomes the engine rotational speed at which the aperture ratio of the radiator port is increased.

Engine cooling system

An engine cooling system includes a coolant circuit, a multi-way valve, a relief route and a relief valve. The coolant circuit includes a first route and a second route into which the coolant circuit is branched off at a branched position. The first route passes through a radiator. The multi-way valve is provided at the branched position. The relief route sets a relief source to a portion downstream of a pump and upstream of the multi-way valve in the coolant circuit, sets a relief destination to a portion downstream of the radiator in the first route, and causes coolant to flow from the relief source to the relief destination so as to bypass the multi-way valve. The relief valve interrupts circulation of coolant through the relief route when the relief valve is closed, and permits circulation of coolant through the relief route when the relief valve is open.

There is provided a cooling adapter provided between a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine and an exhaust pipe of the internal combustion engine in such a manner as to connect the cylinder head and the exhaust pipe to each other. This cooling adapter is equipped with a plurality of exhaust passages provided in parallel with one another to cause an exhaust gas from the cylinder head to flow to the exhaust pipe, a water jacket formed around an entirety of the respective exhaust passages and among the respective exhaust passages to cause a cooling liquid to flow to exchange heat with the exhaust gas flowing through the plurality of the exhaust passages, an inlet portion configured to cause the cooling liquid to flow into the water jacket, and an outlet portion configured to cause the cooling liquid to flow out from inside the water jacket. The inlet portion is so provided as to open to the water jacket at a position close to the cylinder head and corresponding to a gap between adjacent ones of the exhaust passages.

Cooling adapter

A chain case disposed opposite an interval between a cylinder block and a cylinder head sandwiching a gasket includes a liquid sealing material guiding recessed portion that opposes the interval and is entirely surrounded by a seal surface. During seal structure formation, a large amount of a liquid sealing material is caused to flow forcefully toward the interior of the interval when an operation is performed to fasten the chain case to the cylinder block and the cylinder head such that the liquid sealing material flows to the innermost portion of the interval, and as a result, the liquid sealing material can reach an end portion of the gasket reliably. Hence, the liquid sealing material can flow sufficiently to positions requiring sealing, whereby lubricating oil leakage from the interior of the chain case can be prevented.
