A controller of a switch circuit is configured to execute a first determination process of determining whether a first switch is in a closed state and whether a second switch is in a closed state through a polling process, a second determination process of determining whether a state indicated by a signal input to an interrupt port has changed from the closed state to an open state, and a turn-off process of bringing a switching element in an ON state into an OFF state when the state is determined to have changed from the closed state to the open state in the second determination process.

Switch circuit

A switch circuit includes a switch element, a control circuit, a supply line, a switch line that connects the switch element in parallel to a parallel part of the supply line, an input line that allows input of a current from the switch line to the control circuit, a first FET and a second FET provided in the parallel part, and a third FET provided in the switch line in parallel to the input line. The second FET includes a body diode having a forward direction opposite to a forward direction of a body diode of the first FET. The third FET includes a body diode having a forward direction coincident with a direction in which a current is supplied to the load via the switch element.

A touch switch device with an illuminator for detecting a close approach or contact of a human body to an operation surface includes: a wiring board having a light-emitting device and a detection electrode on a one surface side; a light guide plate located on the one surface side of the wiring board to emit light from the light-emitting device to the outside from the operation surface opposite the wiring board; and a detector connected with the detection electrode to detect change in electrostatic capacity to be generated at the detection electrode when a human body closely approaches or contacts the operation surface to produce a detection signal corresponding to the detected condition. An operation part is displayable on a surface of the light guide plate to serve as the operation surface, and the operation part is positioned corresponding to a position of the detection electrode.

A touch switch including: at least two of operation faces provided side by side; a detection electrode provided in each of the operation faces and including a wiring pattern of an electric conductor formed on or immediately below the operation face; and a controller connected to each of the detection electrodes to perform a switching operation by detecting variations of capacitance sensed by each of the detection electrodes, the variation of capacitance being generated when a human body part is in proximity to or in contact with each of the operation faces. At least one of the detection electrodes includes a wiring pattern more sparsely formed in a vicinity area of a boundary with another operation face adjacent thereto compared to a wiring pattern of the detection electrode provided in the adjacent operation face. Therefore, detection errors or accidental operations between adjacent switches can be prevented from happening.
