A busbar of the present invention increases yield per metal material in comparison to plate-shaped bus bars, enables provision of protrusions on a member located inside relative to a conductor, and enables formation of the busbar in a bent shape. The busbar of the present invention is provided with a busbar insulator (), a busbar conductor (), a busbar insulator (), a busbar conductor (), and a busbar insulator () formed outside of a busbar center conductor (). These conductors and insulators are arranged alternately from the inner side towards the outer side in a radial direction (R) that intersects at right angles with the axial direction (A) of the bus bar. The busbar conductors () are provided with openings () along the whole length in the axial direction (A) thereof.

Provided is a reactor that enables high inductance to be generated with stability in a wide current range, while minimizing noise, processing cost, and eddy-current loss. An object of the present invention is to provide a resin-coated metal sheet which not only is excellent in stamping performance (lubricity of a resin layer) and film removability by alkaline cleaning but also has improved blocking resistance. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a resin composition used for forming a resin layer having such properties on a metal sheet. A resin-coated metal sheet according to the present invention is characterized in that a resin layer containing polyethylene glycol whose number average molecular weight is 18,000 to 500,000 and paraffin wax whose average molecular weight is 400 or less is laminated on one side or both the sides of the metal sheet.

The present invention is to provide a screw rotor including a resin rotor formed around a metallic shaft without generation of cracks. Spiral chamfers are formed on surfaces of metallic shafts around which resin rotors are formed. Preferably the surfaces of the shafts may be sandblasted, and after the surfaces of the shafts are preliminarily coated with resin and then the rotors may be molded.

The present invention provides a resin-coated metal plate suitable as a cover plate for use in perforating a printed-wiring board with a drill, capable of effectively preventing the heat generation of drill bits and the scattering of chips while sufficiently performing lubrication and discharging the chips, to highly efficiently form a high-quality perforated-hole with excellent smoothness of the inner wall thereof while reducing the risk of breakage of the drill and eliminating any surface tackiness to achieve excellent operating performance and storage stability. The resin-coated metal plate of the present invention comprising a metal base plate, and a film made of a thermoplastic resin and formed on at least one of the opposite surfaces of said metal base plate to cover thereover, said thermoplastic resin being substantially water-insoluble, wherein said thermoplastic resin has: a melting peak temperature measured according to JIS K7121 ranging from 60&#xb0; C. to 120&#xb0; C.; a melt viscosity ranging from 1&#xd7;10P to 1&#xd7;10P under a shear rate of 200 mm/sec, and from 5&#xd7;10P to 5&#xd7;10P under a shear rate of 3000 mm/sec, in the state when said thermoplastic resin is molten at 150&#xb0; C.; and a durometer D hardness measured according to JIS K7215 ranging from 20 to 45.

Resin-coated metal plate for use in perforating printed-wiring board

An object of the present invention is to provide a bladder which is unlikely to have a shapal variation along the inner wall surface of the tire and can satisfactorily extend along the inner wall surface of the tire. An inventive bladder is used to press the inner wall surface of the tire by a pressurized heating medium during the vulcanization of a green tire and is comprised of a fabric layer (purl stitched fabric layer ) and rubber layers (silicone rubber layers ) placed one over another. Elongation rates of the fabric layer in warp direction and in weft direction both exceed 15% and satisfy: 0.4&lE;elongation rate in weft direction/elongation rate in warp direction &lE;6.0. Since the fabric layer has good extensibility, it can elongate with the rubber layers.

Bladder and tire producing method

A metal plate coated with a lubricating resin is coated with a lubricating resin having a modified polyamide ({circle around (1)}) and a crosslinking curing agent ({circle around (2)}) of the modified polyamide ({circle around (1)}) on at least one side face of the metal plate. At this time, the compounding ratio of the modified polyamide ({circle around (1)}) and the above-described crosslinking curing agent ({circle around (2)}) is preferably (60:40) to (15:85) by mass ratio converted to solid content. Furthermore, according to requirement, an inorganic powder filler ({circle around (3)}) may be added to the resin composition.
