A stationary electric power system including a low profile secondary battery that includes a battery body including an electric power generating element accommodated in an exterior package member. The low profile secondary battery includes a spacer disposed between the battery body and other battery body when the other battery body is stacked on the battery body. The spacer fixes the battery body in a predetermined position. The battery body and the spacer are connected with each other through an elastic body.

In an in-vehicle battery of the present invention, a second battery module (C) and a third battery module (R) higher than the second battery module (C) are disposed below a floor panel of a vehicle. The third battery module (R) is provided adjacent to a rear side of the second battery module (C) in a vehicle front-rear direction. The in-vehicle battery also includes a thin heater module () provided in each of two end regions, which are located above the third battery module (R) in a vehicle up-down direction and include no middle region in a vehicle width direction, and configured to heat the third battery module (R).

In-vehicle battery

A heater module (L,R) of the present invention is provided along a heated surface (CLa) of an object to be heated (CL,CR). The heater module includes: a plate-like heater body () that faces the heated surface of the object to be heated; an L-shaped member () including a module main surface () to which the plate-like heater body is provided, and a bent arm portion () bent with respect to the module main surface; and a power source connection terminal () provided in the bent arm portion and connected to the plate-like heater body.

Heater module

The heater module wire connection structure for a battery pack includes a battery pack (), and first and second heater modules (L,L) which warm the inside of the battery pack and have lead wires (L,L) connected thereto. Further, the heater module wire connection structure includes a power supply cable () to which the lead wires of the first and second heater modules are crimped and connected, and a temperature sensor (C) which is placed inside of the battery pack and detects the temperature of the first heater module (L). The lead wire (L) of the first heater module, the temperature of which is detectable by the temperature sensor, and the lead wire (L) of the second heater module (L), the temperature of which is not detectable by the temperature sensor, are simultaneously crimped and connected to the same position on the power supply cable.

Thin battery

A heater module (L,R) of the present invention is provided along a heated surface (CLa) of an object to be heated (CL,CR). The heater module includes a plate-like heater body () that faces the heated surface of the object to be heated, and an insulating holder () that holds the plate-like heater body in a manner as to face the heated surface of the object to be heated. The insulating holder is fixed, at one edge thereof, to a mounting surface () on which the object to be heated is mounted, and located on one side of the plate-like heater body away from the heated surface of the object to be heated. The insulating holder is provided, at another edge opposite to the one edge, with a regulation member () that projects toward the heated surface of the object to be heated from the plate-like heater body.

A fuel cell stack includes a heat exchange unit that performs heat exchange between a gas mixture containing source hydrogen and a circulating gas and cooling water used for controlling the temperature of the fuel cell stack. A system controller adjusts the temperature of the cooling water by controlling a temperature control unit on the basis of the temperature of source hydrogen flowing into a junction at which the source hydrogen and a circulating gas are mixed such that the temperature of a source/recirculated hydrogen mixture that is mixed at the junction and that is supplied to the fuel cell stack is kept within a managed temperature range.

Disclosed is a battery module which comprises a cell unit that comprises cells, and a case that contains the cell unit. The case comprises: a first member which has a first guide portion, and a second member which has a second guide portion that is fitted into the first guide portion by being slid on the first guide portion.

Battery module

Provided is a battery module in which a stacked body () of a plurality of flat batteries (A toD) stacked on one another is housed. The battery module includes the flat batteries, an output terminal, a metal container, insulating plates and an insulating cover (). Each of the flat batteries (A toD) includes a power-generating element, an exterior package member for sealing the power-generating element, and electrode terminals led out from the exterior package member. The output terminal is used to provide a parallel or series connection between the electrode terminals of the plurality of flat batteries (A toD) and to output power therefrom. The metal container is used to house the stacked body. The insulating plates are disposed to hold the electrode terminals of the flat batteries (A toD) therebetween in such a way to insulate the electrode terminals from one another, and also include window portions through which the electrode terminals are exposed for the connection. The insulating cover () is disposed in such a way to cover the window portions of the insulating plates (A,E) located in the outermost layers.
