A framework of an engine generator can be made up of a front frame and a rear frame which can be made from aluminum die castings. Securing frames can be configured to removeably connect the opposing bottom edges of the front frame and the rear frame, on their both sides through bolts and nuts. Handles can be configured to removeably connect the opposing top edges of the front frame and the rear frame, on their both sides through bolts and nuts. The front frame and the rear frame can be formed integral with rib portions for mounting panels respectively, and handle mounting portions and respectively, for mounting the handles.

Engine generator

A front panel of an engine generator can have a recess including an upper area and a lower area, separated from each other by a partition. A cock operating portion and a choke operating portion can be laterally aligned with each other in the upper area, and a recoil knob can be located in the lower area. The front panel and the partition can be formed in one body of a resin material. An iron protective portion can be disposed around the partition.

A power generator incorporates an engine and a generator driven by the engine. The generator incorporates a sound insulation cover that allows for efficient cooling of the various internal components. A fan draws in cooling air through one or more cooling air vents to cool a battery, a DC/DC converter, an electronic module, the engine, the generator, and the muffler. The insulation cover provides quiet operation and efficient cooling of the engine-driven generator.

Engine-driven generator

A power generator unit incorporates an engine and a generator driven by the engine. The generator incorporates a sound insulation cover that allows for efficient cooling of the various internal components. An engine crankcase cover mounts the generator close to the engine to promote a compact construction while allowing sufficient cooling of the engine, the generator, and a muffler. A fan draws in cooling air through one or more cooling air vents to cool a battery, an electronic control unit, the engine, the generator, and the muffler. The insulation cover provides quiet operation and efficient cooling of the power generator unit.
