A wiring harness routing structure includes at least a sub-link arm and a routed line. The sub-link arm includes one end that is rotatably coupled to a vehicle body by using a first coupler, and another end that is rotatably coupled to a door body by using a second coupler, and slidably supports the door body relative to the vehicle body, while rotationally moving relative to each of the vehicle body and the door body. A routed line is routed and provided along the sub-link arm, and connects a vehicle-body-side connector and a door-side connector. In addition, the routed line is routed through a lower side in a height direction of the first coupler that is coupled to the sub-link arm, in a state where the door body has slid to be fully opened.

Wiring harness routing structure, link type sliding door, and wiring harness

A protector applied to a wire harness includes: a base member that includes a housing space part that is formed with a wall part and in which wiring materials are inserted and an opening part that allows the housing space part to communicate with outside; and a cover member that closes the opening part by being assembled to the base member. The cover member, in a state of being assembled to the base member, includes a positioning part that is formed to protrude toward the housing space part side and abuts against the wiring materials housed in the housing space part. The positioning part is capable of correcting positions of the wiring materials, in a state of being assembled to the base member.

Protector and wire harness

A wire harness includes a first protector disposed in a fixed first link, a second protector disposed in a second link relatively rotatable with respect to the first link, a flexible tubular exterior member, and an electric wire inserted through each of the first protector, the second protector, and the exterior member and routed to the second link. A base of the second link is supported by the first link via a rotating shaft such that the second link is relatively rotatable with respect to the first link centering on the base, the first protector includes a first tubular section opened toward the rotating shaft, and a first end portion of the exterior member is fixed to the first tubular section.

Wire harness having improved followability to a rotational motion of a link mechanism

Provided is a harness body that is a wiring component that electrically connects a first electrical connection target installed on a slide door and a second electrical connection target installed on a vehicle body, and is wired along a link mechanism that couples the slide door and the vehicle body and reciprocates the slide door in a sliding direction with respect to the vehicle body; and a harness temporary holding structure at least at one position capable of temporarily holding the harness body assembled to the link mechanism before the link mechanism is assembled to the slide door and the vehicle body.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes an electric wire, an exterior member, and a protector integrally holding an end portion of the exterior member and a portion of the electric wire led out from the end portion of the exterior member. The protector includes a protector main body having a routing space portion in which the electric wire and the exterior member are routed along an axial direction, a lid portion attached to the protector main body to close the routing space portion, and a plurality of first protrusions and second protrusions protruding from the lid portion toward the protector main body and locking the exterior member, and height positions of distal ends of the plurality of first protrusions and second protrusions varies according to a formation position.

A harness body () is guided to a fixed portion () on a side of a slide door () by a harness guide tool () at an other end portion () of a first arm member () on a side of a vehicle body () and includes a third routing portion () having a fixing portion () fixed to the fixed portion, a link mechanism () includes a second arm member () on the side of the slide door coupled to the other end portion of the first arm member via a second rotation shaft (), and the third routing portion is twisted and deformed about its own axis between the harness guide tool and the fixing portion when the first arm member and the second arm member are relatively rotated with respect to each other.

A harness body is guided to a fixed portion on a side of a slide door by a harness guide tool at an other end portion of a first arm member on a side of a vehicle body and includes a third routing portion having a fixing portion fixed to the fixed portion, a link mechanism includes a second arm member on the side of the slide door coupled to the other end portion of the first arm member via a second rotation shaft, and a harness guide tool guides a third routing portion toward the fixed portion positioned in a direction intersecting an operation plane of the link mechanism with respect to the harness guide tool itself.

An electric wire protection member covering and protecting an outer periphery of an electric wire, the electric wire protection member includes an exterior member made of a flexible resin and having a tubular body in which peak portions and valley portions are alternately formed in an axial direction over a peripheral direction orthogonal to the axial direction, and a tubular bending restriction member accommodated in the exterior member and capable of bending in one direction with one side portion as an inner side. The bending restriction member includes a cut-out portion and a plurality of divided tubular portions connected by a connecting portion formed in the one side portion. The cut-out portion is inclined in the axial direction with respect to a radial direction of the bending restriction member.

A routing method for routing a corrugated tube between a vehicle body of a vehicle and a slide door of the vehicle, the method includes providing the corrugated tube including a main body portion and a rigid portion, the rigid portion having a first end and a second end, attaching a vehicle-body-side unit to the rigid portion, the vehicle-body-side unit including a first attachment member and a first fixing member, attaching a door-side unit to the main body portion, the door-side unit including a second attachment member and a second fixing member, and adjusting a distance between the first end and a position at which the first attachment member is attached to the rigid portion in accordance with the vehicle in which the corrugated tube is routed.

Routing method and routing structure

A flat harness includes a plurality of flat circuit bodies that are stacked to each other. A mark is provided on a side surface of each of the plurality of flat circuit bodies. A position of the mark in a length direction of the flat circuit body is provided so as to be different for each type of the flat circuit body.

Flat harness

A wire harness including a round electric wire and a flat electric wire. The round electric wire includes a round conductor made of a predetermined metal and having a round cross-sectional shape and a first coating portion. The flat electric wire includes a flat conductor having a flat cross-sectional shape and a second coating portion. The round electric wire and the flat electric wire are arranged in parallel. The round conductor has a diameter equal to or less than a predetermined reference value. The flat conductor has a thickness equal to or less than the reference value and a width in which ensure cross-sectional area of the flat conductor more than area of a circle having a diameter equal to the reference value.

A wire harness includes a conductor that flexibly connects a vehicle body side of a vehicle and a moving body that is mounted in the vehicle and slides with respect to the vehicle body, a regulation member that is configured by stacking a plurality of flexible plate members, extends along the conductor, and regulates a path of the conductor, and a pair of holding members that hold ends of the plurality of plate members. In the ends of the plurality of plate members, long holes are formed that extend along a longitudinal direction of the plate member at positions facing each other. The holding member includes a convex portion that is inserted in the long hole. The convex portion allows one plate member to relatively move along the longitudinal direction with respect to another plate member in a state where the convex portion is inserted in the long hole.

A wire harness includes: a flexible conductor; a flexible restricting member extending along the conductor and restricting a path of the conductor; a flexible armoring member through which the conductor and the restricting member are inserted; a first holding member including a first recessed part and fixed to the vehicle body, the first recessed part having a first end of the restricting member inserted therein; and a second holding member including a second recessed part and fixed to the movable body, the second recessed part having a second end of the restricting member inserted therein. Respective ends of the armoring member are fixed to the first holding member and the second holding member. The respective ends of the restricting member are held by the first recessed part and the second recessed part.

A wire harness includes a flexible conductor connecting a vehicle body with a movable body mounted on a vehicle and sliding relative to the vehicle body, a flexible limiting member extending along the conductor to limit the path of the conductor, a flexible outer member in which the conductor and the limiting member are inserted, and a holding member having a first trench for routing the conductor and a second trench adjacent to the first trench and holding an end of the limiting member. The holding member has a partition wall separating the first trench from the second trench, locking walls facing each other and locking an end of the outer member, and side walls defining the first trench. The locking walls project higher than the side walls, and the partition wall projects higher than the locking walls in a height direction of the side walls.

Provided is an electric power supply device in which exposure of a wire harness can be reduced in a slide door and interference with door trim can be minimized. When a slide door is half opened, a wire harness bends convexly downward, and one portion thereof is positioned lower than when the slide door is fully open or fully closed. Specifically, the wire harness is bent three-dimensionally. This makes it easier for the wire harness to be pulled out from a bottom end of door trim, and makes it possible for interference between the wire harness and the door trim to be minimized. The wire harness may be also bent three-dimensionally as appropriate in accordance with a shape of the door trim, reducing exposure of the wire harness in the slide door.
