An ultraviolet irradiation device includes an inner cylinder forming a treatment flow path, an inflow portion allowing the object to flow into the treatment flow path, an outer cylinder accommodating the inner cylinder, a light emitting element irradiating the object passing through the treatment flow path with ultraviolet light, an O-ring dividing a space provided between an outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder into a first chamber through which the object before ultraviolet irradiation passes and a third chamber through which the object after the ultraviolet irradiation passes, and a second chamber communicating with the first chamber through communication holes. The second chamber communicates with the treatment flow path through a plate.

A fluid sterilization module includes an inner cylinder forming a processing flow path extending in a longitudinal direction, a first chamber communicating with the processing flow path via an opening on one end side of the inner cylinder, an inflow portion allowing an object to flow in the first chamber, an outflow portion allowing the object having passed through the processing flow path to flow out from an other end side of the inner cylinder, and a light emitting element facing an opening on the other end side of the processing flow path and irradiating the object passing through the processing flow path with ultraviolet light along the longitudinal direction. In a so-called step-and-repeat method in which a mask pattern is circumferentially written by exposure onto each predetermined region on a surface of a roller mold, an object of the present invention is to improve the spacing accuracy between the mask patterns and to suppress the occurrence of misalignment at a seam when the mask pattern has been written onto a 360-degree circumference. For that object, a roller mold manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a maskhaving a function of transmitting part of an irradiating substance; a rotational drive apparatus that rotates a roller moldaround a rotational shaft; a rotation amount detection sensor that detects an amount of rotation; a control apparatus that sends a control signal for adjusting a circumferential position of writing onto a resist of the roller mold with the irradiating substance; and an actuatorthat moves the masklinearly, wherein a predetermined area is irradiated with the irradiating substance in a state where rotation of the roller moldis stopped, the roller moldis then rotated by a predetermined amount and stopped, and a circumferential position of writing is adjusted for irradiating another predetermined area with the irradiating substance.

Roller mold manufacturing apparatus and method

An antenna device arranged around a printed circuit board is provided. The antenna device has an antenna element connected to a feeder circuit provided on the printed board. The antenna device has an isolating material provided between the antenna element and the substrate material. The isolating material is constituted by an insulating substrate material and a plurality of pieces of magnetic material provided on the substrate material. The present invention provides a core-shell magnetic material having an excellent characteristic in a high frequency band, particularly, in a GHz band. The core-shell magnetic material includes: core-shell magnetic particles including magnetic metal particles and an oxide coating layer, the magnetic metal particle containing magnetic metal selected from the group of Fe, Co, and Ni, nonmagnetic metal selected from the group of Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Zr, Ti, Hf, Zn, Mn, a rare-earth element, Ba, and Sr, and an element selected from carbon and nitrogen, and the oxide coating layer being made of an oxide containing at least one nonmagnetic metal as one of the components of the magnetic metal particle; and oxide particles existing at least a part between the magnetic metal particles and containing nonmagnetic metal selected from the group of Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Zr, Ti, Hf, Zn, Mn, a rare-earth element, Ba, and Sr, and in which nonmagnetic metal/magnetic metal (atomic ratio) in the particles is higher than that in the oxide coating layer.

The antenna is formed by a conductive line in such a way that the conductive line forms a first loop shape, a second loop shape and a third loop shape, that the first loop shape includes a first portion and a second portion positioned adjacent to a third portion of the second loop shape and a fourth portion of the third loop shape, respectively, that directions of currents distributed on the first portion and the third portion if the antenna is fed are almost same, and that directions of currents distributed on the second portion and the fourth portion if the antenna is fed are almost same.
