An electronic component management method includes manufacturer-side steps including storing electronic components in a housing body that includes an RFID tag, writing in the RFID tag at least one piece of manufacturer-side information related to the electronic components stored in the housing body, shipping the housing body with the manufacturer-side information written in the RFID tag, and storing the electronic components, and user-side steps including receiving the shipped housing body, reading the manufacturer-side information written in the RFID tag, a preparing an electronic circuit board, and arranging the electronic components on the electronic circuit board based on the read manufacturer-side information.

Electronic component management method, and housing body for electronic components

An article management system includes multiple reader devices that read the RFID tags attached to the articles. Moreover, a central terminal partitions an article management area into multiple middle areas that are in turn partitioned into small areas, and then causes reader devices arranged in two or more small areas to work in a predetermined order for each small area, to read information of the RFID tags. The range of radio wave interference distance assumed for a reader device in a first middle area partially overlaps with a second middle area. Thus, when causing the reader devices arranged in the first middle area to work in order, the central terminal controls a reader device in the second middle area that lies outside the range of radio wave interference distance from a reader device working in the first middle area.

Article management system

An inductor bridge is provided with a flexible flat plate-shaped element body, a first connector, and a second connector. The element body includes therein an inductor portion. The inductor portion is configured by a spiral conductor pattern. The first connector is provided on the element body and is connected to a first circuit. The second connector is provided on the element body and is connected to a second circuit.

Electronic device

A reader device is provided having a wider readable area and a table with the reader device. The reader device includes an antenna element communicating with an RFID tag attached to an article, a reader module electrically connected to the antenna element and reading information of the RFID tag through the antenna element, and a case housing the antenna element and the reader module. Moreover, the antenna element includes a first dipole antenna having a first element axis extending in a first direction, and a second dipole antenna having a second element axis extending in a second direction crossing the first direction.

Reader device and table with reader device

An inductor bridge is configured to bridge-connect a first circuit and a second circuit to each other, and includes a flexible flat plate base body, a first connector at a first end portion of the base body and connected to the first circuit, a second connector at a second end portion of the base body and connected to the second circuit, and an inductor section in the base body between the first connector and the second connector. The inductor section includes conductor patterns including a plurality of layers. The inductor bridge further includes a bending portion between the inductor section and the first connector, and a slot at an inner side of the bending portion that reduces a thickness of the base body.

Inductor bridge and electronic device

A wireless IC device includes an element body including first and second principal surfaces, an RFIC element buried in the element body, and an antenna coil disposed in the element body. The antenna coil includes a first wiring pattern provided on the second principal surface, a first metal pin reaching the first principal surface and the second principal surface, a second metal pin reaching the first principal surface and the second principal surface, and a second wiring pattern provided on the first principal surface. Terminal surfaces of the first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal of the RFIC element face the second principal surface of the element body and are spaced away from the antenna coil while being connected to the first wiring pattern through first and second conductors extending from the second principal surface of the element body in a direction of the first primary surface.

An insulating substrate including a principal surface and coil antennas disposed on the substrate and each including a coil conductor. The coil conductor includes a winding axis in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to the principal surface of the substrate. An auxiliary loop conductor that is connected to the coil conductors of the coil antennas and generates a magnetic flux that is in phase with those of the coil antennas as seen from the direction of the winding axis of the coil conductor is provided in and on the substrate.

Antenna device and electronic apparatus

An antenna device includes a first insulating base portion including a spiral antenna pattern, and a second insulating base portion including at least two conductor wires. An insulating layer configured to insulate the conductor wires from the antenna pattern is provided between a first end and a second end of the antenna pattern in a planar view. The insulating layer includes a cut or an opening allowing at least one of the first end and the second end of the antenna pattern to be exposed toward the conductor wires. Electrode portions of the conductor wires are electrically and mechanically connected to the first end and the second end, respectively, of the antenna pattern by a conductive material in the cut or the opening of the insulating layer. The second insulating base portion is more flexible than the first insulating base portion.

Antenna device and communication terminal apparatus

A coil antenna is provided on an inner surface of a key-top of a key input unit. A power supply coil that is magnetically coupled to the coil antenna and an RFIC are mounted on a substrate holding key switches. A device including an NFC is arranged closer to the key-top so as to make communication with the NFC. Further, a tag of an RFID is arranged closer thereto so as to be read. Thus, a key input unit and an electronic apparatus are configured in which an antenna is not provided on a housing externally and is less influenced by the housing of the electronic apparatus into which the antenna is incorporated.

Key input unit and electronic apparatus

A communication system includes a first communication device that operates using a battery as a main power source and a second communication device that communicates with the first communication device. The second communication device includes a second high-speed data communication unit including a second data communication antenna and a second short-range communication unit including a second magnetic-field antenna for short-range communication. The first communication device includes a first short-range communication unit including a first magnetic-field antenna and a first high-speed data communication unit including a first data communication antenna. When an electromotive voltage of the battery lowers, switches are turned OFF and electric power from a power conversion circuit including a rectifying circuit and a DC-to-DC converter is supplied to a communication controller.

Communication system and communication device

An antenna device includes an antenna resonance circuit connected to a power supply circuit and a variable-frequency resonance element including a resonance circuit which is coupled with the antenna resonance circuit via an electromagnetic field. The resonant frequency of the resonance circuit is variable within a predetermined frequency band.
