An ophthalmological image processing apparatus acquires a plurality of images of a subject eye photographed in a scanning-type imaging optical system, sets any one of the plurality of images as a template, sets corresponding points or corresponding regions between an image of the subject eye and the template at a plurality of positions of each of the image of the subject eye and the template, calculates a movement amount of each of the corresponding points or each of the corresponding regions, and corrects a distortion of the image of the subject eye with respect to the template based on the movement amount of each of the corresponding points or each of the corresponding regions.

Fundus photography device

A fundus photography device includes: an OCT optical system configured to detect interference between a measurement light from a fundus of a subject's eye and a reference light from a reference optical path; a fundus photography optical system configured to detect a reflected light from the fundus; a controller configured to generate a tomographic image of the fundus and a first front image of the fundus based on an output signal from the OCT optical system, and generate a second front image of the fundus based on an output signal from the fundus photography optical system. The controller is configured to cause simultaneous display of the first front image and the second front image in different display regions on a monitor.

A corneal endothelial cell photographing apparatus includes: a main unit that includes an illumination optical system, an imaging optical system, and a fixation optical system; a setting unit configured to preliminarily set illumination positions and an illumination order of the plurality of fixation lamps; a controller configured to obtain an endothelial image at a first fixation position, control the fixation optical system corresponding to a determination result for propriety of the endothelial image obtained at the first fixation position to light a fixation lamp corresponding to a second fixation position preliminarily set by the setting unit, and control the illumination optical system and the imaging optical system to obtain an endothelial image at the second fixation position; a monitor configured to display the endothelial image; and an operating unit configured to input a signal for operating at least the controller.

A corneal endothelial cell photographing apparatus comprises: a main unit including: an illumination optical system for illuminating illumination light from an illumination light source toward a cornea of an examinee's eye from an oblique direction; an imaging optical system for obtaining a corneal endothelial cell image by receiving, through an imaging element, reflection light from the cornea including corneal endothelial cells; and a fixation optical system including a plurality of fixation targets and for guiding a fixation direction of the examinee's eye; a drive unit to relatively move the main unit with respect to the examinee's eye; a serial photographing unit to obtain endothelial images in series at different photographing positions in previously set up-and-down and right-and-left directions; and a monitor to display the obtained endothelial image.

An apparatus including: a main unit including a system for irradiating illumination light from a light source to a cornea of an eye from an oblique direction and a system for obtaining a corneal endothelial cell image by receiving reflection light from the cornea by a first imaging element; an anterior segment observation optical system including a second imaging element, the anterior segment observation optical system configured to pick up an anterior segment image of the eye by the second imaging element to observe the anterior segment image from front; a controller adapted to turn on the light source and obtain a plurality of picked-up images output from the first imaging element; and a unit adapted to detect an alignment state of the main unit with respect to the eye based on a picked-up image output from the second imaging element during obtaining of the picked-up images by the controller.

To provide an ophthalmic apparatus capable of performing efficient measurement of a plurality of eye characteristics of an examinee's eye, which comprises a first measurement unit comprising a first measurement system for performing measurement of a first characteristic of the eye, a second measurement unit comprising a second measurement system for performing measurement of a second characteristic of the eye, a measurement unit in which the measurement units are placed such that heights of first and second measurement axes of the respective systems are different from each other, a movement mechanism unit moving the measurement unit in a vertical direction, and a control unit controlling the mechanism unit such that the height of the first measurement axis at the time of first measurement by the first measurement unit becomes almost the same as that of the second measurement axis at the time of second measurement by the second measurement unit.

An ophthalmic apparatus capable of observing an examinee's eye even during switching of measurement modes comprises a first measurement unit, a second measurement unit, an up-and-down movement mechanism, a display device, mode switching means which generates a mode switching signal for switching between a first measurement mode and a second measurement mode, and a control unit which drives and controls the up-and-down movement mechanism to change a state in which a first center axis and the eye are placed at substantially a same height into a state in which a second center axis and the eye are placed at substantially a same height by moving a main body of the apparatus, and controls to display the image outputted from a first image-pickup element and the image outputted from a second image-pickup element simultaneously on the display device during a shift from the first measurement mode to the second measurement mode.
