A heat insulating wall, and a method of manufacturing the same. A laminated body includes a first panel, a first plate-shaped insulating member made of plastic foam and having a predetermined thickness, a vacuum insulation member mounted on the insulating member, a second plate-shaped insulating member made of plastic foam, and a second panel. The area between the first and second panels surrounded by the first plate-shaped insulating member, the vacuum insulation member, and the second plate-shaped insulating member is filled with expanded plastic foam. The thickness of the first and second plate-shaped insulating members is set to a predetermined thickness S.

Heat insulating wall member, and method of manufacturing the same

A method for preparing a molded product which includes (i) molding a fiber-reinforced plastic material in a mold, (ii) injecting a coating composition into the mold, the coating composition containing a vehicle component including urethane acrylate oligomer and epoxy acrylate oligomer as the main ingredients and a filler component including calcium carbonate as the main ingredient, and (iii) taking the coated molded product from the mold and plating the surface of the product. According to the present invention, there can be obtained a molded product having a plated layer with a satisfactory smooth and uniform glossy surface and having an improved adhesion between the molded product and the plated layer.

Method for producing molded product

A plastic material with a paint film is coarse-crushed, and a film decomposition agent, e.g. a heterocyclic compound such as imidazole, a triazine compound such as benzoguanamine, a phenylendiamine compound such as N-phenyl -N'-isopropyl-p-phenylene diamine, is added to the coarse-crushed material. The mixture is then heated and kneaded to dissolve the paint film and uniformly spread the particles of the paint film in the plastic material. The physical properties and surface quality of the plastic material are substantially the same as those of the original material.
