A joint portion evaluating method for measuring and evaluating a joint state of a joint portion at which a first joint body and a second joint body are joined together, the joint portion evaluating method including the steps of: acquiring as a reference value a capacitance value of the joint portion in a reference measurement state serving as a reference for measurement conditions; changing a measurement state from the reference measurement state and acquiring as a measured value a capacitance value of the joint portion in a changed measurement state arising after the change of the measurement state; deriving as a measurement evaluation value a value obtained by referencing the measured value with the reference value; and performing an evaluation based on the derived measurement evaluation value.

Joint portion evaluating method and joint portion evaluating device

A heating device includes a magnetic field heating coil that inductively heats a composite material by a magnetic field. The composite material has a length in a depth direction and a length in a width direction orthogonal to the depth direction. The magnetic field heating coil has a first coil part provided along the width direction, and a pair of second coil parts provided on both sides of the first coil part in the width direction so as to be continuous with the first coil part, the second coil parts being tilted a predetermined angle θ to one side in the depth direction with respect to the width direction. The first coil part and the second coil parts are symmetric with respect to a line segment drawn in the depth direction at a center of the first coil part in the width direction.

A desired shape can be easily realized, and a decrease in strength can be inhibited. A method for producing a composite material includes: an insertion step of inserting an inner member in which a second reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a resin into a space of an outer member that is formed of a woven first reinforcing fiber extending in an undulating manner, the outer member including an opening that is provided at at least one end portion and the space that communicates with the opening; and a composite material forming step of forming a composite material in which the outer member and the inner member are joined to each other by curing the resin of the inner member to join the outer member and the inner member to each other.

Method for producing composite material

A method for manufacturing a resin sheet includes a coating step; a heating step; and a pressurizing step. In the coating step, linear metal nanomaterial is coated on a surface of a resin film having thermal plasticity. In the heating step, the resin film having the linear metal nanomaterial coated on the surface thereof is heated and softened. In the pressurizing step, the resin film having the linear metal nanomaterial coated on the surface thereof is pressurized to press the linear metal nanomaterial along a direction orthogonal to the surface on which the linear metal nanomaterial is coated. Thus, the coated linear metal nanomaterial penetrates the resin film to obtain the resin sheet containing the linear metal nanomaterial.

Method for manufacturing resin sheet, resin sheet, method for manufacturing structural body, structural body, and airframe of aircraft

Provided is a method of manufacturing a metal nano coil which is suitable for mass production and results in a lower manufacturing cost. The method of manufacturing a metal nano coil includes the steps of: forming, with tension applied to a core member composed of nanofiber of a polymer, a metal thin film on a surface of the core member to fabricate a metal-covered nanofiber; reducing the tension of the metal-covered nanofiber; and heating, with the tension reduced, the metal-covered nanofiber to at or above a boiling point or a thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer and at or below the melting point of the metal thin film to vaporize the core member and shrink the metal thin film into a coil form, so that a hollow metal nano coil is produced.

The present invention effects a reduction in production cost and increases yield of a transparent resin molded article and prevents the generation of defects such as bubbles, weld lines, and sink marks. This injection molding device (A) for a transparent resin molded article is equipped with: a die () for injection molding the transparent resin molded article; and a gate () that is provided to the peripheral edge of the die () and that is the inlet through which a resin material (R) is injected into the die (). The thickness dimensions (Ta) of the die () are in the range of 15-25 mm, and the ratio of the diameter dimensions (D) of the gate () to the thickness dimensions (Ta) of the die () is set in the range of 1:6 to 1:3.

Provided is an adhesive that can provide quick bonding between thermoplastic resins and excellent bond strength, a structure having adhesion provided by the adhesive, and an adhesion method using the adhesive. The adhesive bonds a first member () containing a thermoplastic resin or a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin and a second member () containing the thermoplastic resin or the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin. The adhesive includes a thermoplastic resin as a main component containing a metal nano material that absorbs electromagnetic waves and generates heat.

A cap is applied to a securing structure part for securing structure elements using a fastener passed through through-holes formed in the structure elements, and a collar fastened to the tip part of the fastener. A filler engaging part for engaging a cured filler, configured with a female thread that turns about a center axis, is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap. There are provided a lightning-resistant fastener and a cap, which, while assuring sufficient insulation properties, provide improved workability and highly stable quality to thereby enable a reduction in the manufacturing cost of an airframe, and a method of mounting the lightning-resistant fastener. A holeis formed in a cap, and a screw grooveis formed in the hole. The configuration enables the capto be reliably and easily positioned and installed on a fastener memberand reliably prevents the capfrom coming off after the installation thereof. This improves the workability to reduce the production cost while assuring sufficient insulation properties and enables the capto be installed with stable quality irrespective of workers. Preferably, the capis made of a resin in view of mass producibility, weight reduction, and the like.

A lightning-protection fastener is provided that is capable of reliably preventing peeling off of an insulation layer during the operation of an aircraft and improving the anti-lightning-strike capability and reliability. There is a lightning-protection fastener that fastens a skin of an aircraft and a structural member positioned inside the skin, in which an insulation layer is melt adhered so as to cover one end surface of a head portion and also to mechanically engage with a fastener-side engagement portion (engagement portion) formed on the end surface.
