A wear resistant component includes a matrix portion made of metal, and a core that is embedded in the matrix portion and is higher in hardness than the matrix portion. The core has a shape that follows a shape of at least a portion of a surface of the matrix portion.

Wear resistant component

A wear resistant component includes a matrix portion made of metal, and a framework portion that is embedded in the matrix portion and is higher in hardness than the matrix portion. The framework portion has a three-dimensional lattice structure formed with a plurality of bar-shaped members, and has a shape that follows a shape of at least a portion of a surface of the matrix portion.

A track link which is a tracked undercarriage component is made of a steel having a specific component composition, and includes a high hardness portion having a hardness of HRC 57 or more and HRC 60 or less, and a low hardness portion. The high hardness portion includes a first matrix including a martensite phase and a residual austenite phase, and first nonmetallic particles dispersed in the first matrix and including at least one species selected from the group consisting of MnS, TiCN, and NbCN, and it does not include a MCcarbide. The low hardness portion includes a second matrix including a martensite phase, and second nonmetallic particles dispersed in the second matrix and including at least one species selected from the group consisting of MnS, TiCN, and NbCN, and it does not include a MCcarbide.

Tracked undercarriage component, and method for producing the same

An operator's room (cab) situated in a region above the power train of a work machine which has an opening for maintenance purposes formed passing through a floor frame and a lid member for closing off the opening installed on the floor frame, and which achieves both good quietness characteristics and good workability during servicing. In the operator's cab of the invention, the floor section of the floor frame has a hollow box-type structure, and the lid member has a hollow box-type structure which fits into the opening in the floor section of the floor frame, and furthermore, a sealing member for sealing a gap between the floor section of the floor frame and the lid member is provided.

Operator's room for work machine

The present invention provides a medium supplying apparatus that enables a user to easily remove medium and prevents medium from slanting or transferring improperly. The medium supplying apparatus comprises a first frame and a second frame that rotates freely with respect to the first frame. The first frame includes a first rotating section that rotates freely, a first fulcrum coupling section constructing a rotating fulcrum and a first lock coupling section. The second frame includes a pressing member, a second fulcrum coupling section constructing the rotating fulcrum by being coupled with the first fulcrum coupling section, and a second lock coupling section coupled selectively with the first lock coupling section. Because the first and second lock coupling sections are coupled selectively by relative movement, the second frame is locked or unlocked with respect to the first frame.

Medium supplying apparatus

A gear made of fiber reinforced resin which is capable of being increased in durability and mechanical strength, as well as gear cutting characteristics. The gear is manufactured by arranging ring-like reinforcing fiber substrates and a metal bushing in a molding die and pouring thermosetting resin into the die to impregnate the reinforcing fiber substrates with the resin. The reinforcing fiber substrates are made by winding up a cylindrical body obtained by knitting an aramid fiber yarn along a central line thereof and then forming it into a ring-like shape. The reinforcing fiber substrates are pressed in a cold die so as to approach to a shape of the molding die, to thereby be formed into a rectangular shape in cross section. Then, the reinforcing fiber substrates are received together with the metal bushing in the molding die and then the thermosetting resin is poured into the molding die. The reinforcing fiber substrates each have a volume percentage of 30 to 65% and preferably 45 to 55% based on a volume of a resin molded member. A para-type aramid fiber and an organic fiber reduced in strength as compared with the aramid fiber are blended together to form a union yarn. The para-type aramid fiber has a mass percentage of 30% to 60% by mass and preferably 40% to 50% by mass based on a mass of the union yarn.

Gear made of fiber reinforced resin and method for manufacturing same

A hydraulic drive system for the pitch cylinders (4A, 4B) of a bulldozer blade apparatus can include (a) main hydraulic pumps (30A, 30B) and an assistant hydraulic pump (31) to make up the assistant hydraulic circuit, (b) variable displacement hydraulic pumps (21A, 21B), or (c) fixed displacement hydraulic pumps (30A, 30B) and a plurality of solenoid selector valves such that the pitch cylinders can be connected in series. The assistant hydraulic pump (31) is connectable to delivery lines of the main hydraulic pumps through an assistant solenoid selector valve (32) which is controlled by an external signal. The blade (10) can be formed so that a line (14) tangential to the lower edge of the curved panel of the blade is inclined rearwardly with respect to the front face (13) of the blade edge member (12). Earth-moving work can be performed by inclining the blade (10) rearwardly by an angle (.theta..sub.1) with respect to its posture in digging work, and earth-dumping work can be performed by inclining the blade (10) forwardly by an angle (.theta..sub.2) with respect to its posture in digging work. The coupling positions of the two pitch cylinders (4A4B) can be in asymmetrical relation to each other. Control signals can be provided by a blade lever (23), tilt/pitch changeover switch (24), and pitch speed changeover switch (25). The tilt/pitch changeover switch (24) and pitch speed changeover switch (25) can be replaced by pitch-dump selector switch (25A) and pitch-back selector switch (24A).

Blade apparatus and its control method in bulldozer
