A fiber collection tool for collecting a fiber spun by electrospinning is described. The fiber collection tool has a size holdable by the hand of a user, and includes, in its interior, an electroconductive section. Preferably, the fiber collection tool further includes a surface section outside the electroconductive section. In a fiber deposit production method, a user collects, with the fiber collection tool, a fiber spun by the user by performing electrospinning using an electrospinning device having a size holdable by the hand of the user, and thereby produces a film including a deposit of the fiber on a surface of the fiber collection tool. The fiber collection tool, having the deposit formed thereon, is pressed against a surface of an object, and the deposit is transferred onto the surface of the object, to form a film including the fiber deposit on the surface of the object.

Fiber deposit production method, membrane production method, and membrane adhesion method

A fiber collection tool for collecting a fiber spun by electrospinning is described. The fiber collection tool has a size holdable by the hand of a user, and includes, in at least a portion of the surface thereof, an electroconductive section having a surface electrical resistivity of 10&#x3a9;/cmor less, or a hydrophilic section having a water contact angle of preferably from 15&#xb0; to 90&#xb0; at 25&#xb0; C. A user collects, with the fiber collection tool, a fiber spun by the user by electrospinning using an electrospinning device having a size holdable by the hand of the user, and thereby produces a film including a deposit of the fiber on a surface of the fiber collection tool. The fiber collection tool, having the deposit formed thereon, is pressed against a surface of an object, and the deposit is transferred onto the surface of the object, to form a film including the fiber deposit on the surface of the object.

Provided is a liquid skin external composition which allows a poorly water-soluble component to be applied to a skin in a liquid state. An assembly of fiber for use in production of a liquid skin external composition, the assembly of fiber comprising (a) a polymer soluble in water and an alcohol or a ketone in a content of 50 mass % or more and 98 mass % or less with respect to the whole assembly of fiber and (b) a poorly water-soluble component in a content of 2 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less with respect to the whole assembly of fiber.

The coating formation method of the present invention is a method for forming a coating on a surface of a coating formation target. The formation method of the present invention includes an electrostatic spraying step of electrostatically spraying a composition directly onto the coating formation target, thereby forming a coating composed of a deposit containing fibers. The composition contains a component (a), a component (b), and a component (c) below. (a) One or more volatile substances selected from water, alcohols, and ketones. (b) A polymer having coating formability. (c) A liquid agent containing one or more selected from oils and polyols that are in a liquid form at 20&#xb0; C.

Method for manufacturing coating film by electrostatic spraying

The present invention relates to preventing color transfer and sticking of powder-containing cosmetics to clothes or the like. A coating formation method of the present invention includes an electrostatic spraying step of electrostatically spraying a composition directly onto a skin surface onto which powder-containing cosmetics have been applied, thereby forming a coating on the skin. The composition contains a component (a) and a component (b) below. It is preferable that the method further includes a liquid agent applying step of applying a liquid agent containing one or more selected from water and oils that are in liquid form at 20&#xb0; C. on the skin onto which the powder-containing cosmetics have been applied, wherein the liquid agent applying step is performed subsequent to the electrostatic spraying step. (a) One or more volatile substances selected from water, alcohols, and ketones; and (b) a polymer having a coating formation ability.

Method for producing coating film by electrostatic spraying

The present invention provides a coating formation method with which adhesion between skin and a coating formed by electrostatic spraying is enhanced. The coating formation method of the present invention includes a liquid agent applying step of applying a liquid agent containing one or more selected from water, polyols and oils that are in a liquid form at 20&#xb0; C., and an electrostatic spraying step of electrostatically spraying a composition directly on skin to form a coating. The liquid agent applying step and the electrostatic spraying step are performed in this order or in a reversed order. The composition includes a component (a) and a component (b) below:

Method for producing coating film on skin by electrostatic spraying

A multilayer nanofiber sheet () includes: a nanofiber layer () including nanofibers which comprise a water-soluble polymer compound; a substrate layer () arranged on one surface side of the nanofiber layer (); and a water-insoluble porous layer () arranged on the other surface side of the nanofiber layer (). The three layers are layered, and the multilayer nanofiber sheet is used in a state in which a surface thereof on the porous layer side is arranged so as to face a surface of an object. Preferably, the three layers are layered in a fixed state. Preferably, the porous layer () has a thickness of from 3 to 1000 &#x3bc;m.

A method for producing ultrafine fibers of the present invention includes forming an electric field between an discharging nozzle from which a raw resin is discharged and a charging electrode which is disposed apart from the discharging nozzle, and supplying the raw resin which has been heated and melted into the electric field from the discharging nozzle to spin the raw resin. The raw resin is a resin mixture which contains a resin having a melting point and an additive, and satisfies a relation (I) below:&#x2265;1.0&#xd7;10&#x2003;&#x2003;(I)wherein A represents the absolute value (&#x3a9;) of electrical impedance of the raw resin at 50&#xb0; C., and B represents the absolute value (&#x3a9;) of electrical impedance of the raw resin at a temperature 50&#xb0; C. higher than a melting point of the raw resin.
