Provided are: a resin additive composition containing a specific metal phosphate, which composition has excellent dispersibility in a resin even when made into a pellet form and exhibits a desired physical property improving effect when incorporated into a resin; and a synthetic resin composition using the same. The resin additive composition contains, with respect to 100 parts by mass of (A) sodium-2,2′-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate: 25 to 400 parts by mass of (B) a lithium phosphate compound represented by the following Formula (1); and 10 to 300 parts by mass of (C) a fatty acid metal salt represented by the following Formula (2). The component (C) is incorporated in an amount of 10 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass with respect to a total of 100 parts by mass of the components (A) and (B).

Resin additive composition and synthetic resin composition using same

A composition contains the following components (A), (B), and (C), the component (A) being at least one melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate, the component (B) being at least one piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate, and the component (C) being a monohydrate of alumina. As disclosed, it is possible to provide a composition that can impart excellent levels of processability/moldability and flame retardancy to a resin by being mixed with the resin.

Composition, and flame-retardant resin composition

Disclosed is a composition that can impart a drip preventing effect together with an excellent heat release suppressing effect to a resin, and that enables the resin to exhibit an excellent color tone, by being mixed with the resin. The composition includes a component (A) and/or a component (B), and a component (C). It is preferable that the composition contains the component (C) in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of a total of the components (A) and (B). The component (A) is a (poly)phosphate compound represented by General Formula (1).  The component (B) is a (poly)phosphate compound represented by General Formula (3).  The component (C) is a hydrous magnesium silicate.

Composition and flame-retardant resin composition

A composition includes first, second, and third components. The composition preferably includes 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of the third component with respect to 100 parts by mass in total of the first and second components. The first component is at least one type of melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate. The second component is at least one type of piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate. The third component is cyanuric acid or zinc cyanurate.

Disclosed is a flame retardant composition containing (A) an amine phosphate and (B) a zinc glycerolate. It is preferred that component (A) contain an amine pyrophosphate and that the mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) be 99.99:0.01 to 60:40. The flame retardant composition preferably further contains (C) zinc oxide, wherein the content of component (C) is 0.01 to 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the sum of components (A) and (B). The flame retardant composition preferably further contains (D) hydrotalcite, wherein the content of component (D) is 0.01 to 5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the sum of components (A) and (B).

Flame retardant composition and flame retardant resin composition containing same

A flame retardant composition contains: 20-50 parts by mass of at least one melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate, as component (A); 50-80 parts by mass of at least one piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate, as component (B), where the total of component (A) and component (B) is 100 parts by mass; and 1-50 parts by mass of &#x3b2;-dextrin as component (C).

Flame retardant composition and flame retardant synthetic resin composition

A flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition is provided, containing: a thermoplastic polyurethane resin; at least one melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate; at least one piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate; and wet process silica having an oil absorption of 200 ml/100 g or more. The composition preferably contains zinc oxide.

The present invention provides a multi-component granular additive for polyolefins which has a strength and a function which enable the additive to be dust-free and be of components-in-granule type. It comprises 10 parts by mass of a nucleating agent comprising an alkali metal salt or hydroxyaluminum salt of an aromatic monocarboxlylic acid or comprising an alkali metal salt or hydroxyaluminum salt of an acid aromatic phosphoric ester compound, 1 to 50 parts by mass of a phenolic antioxidant, 5 to 50 parts by mass of polyproylene, and 0 to 500 parts by mass of one or more optional additive components other than the nucleating agent and the phenolic antioxidant.
