An acoustic device includes a member which divides an ear canal of a user and an external space when being attached to an ear or the ear canal of the user, a memory that stores instructions, and a processor that executes the instructions. The instructions cause the processor to perform, acquiring a sound signal indicating a sound, applying a filter processing to the acquired sound signal, the filter processing being changed in accordance with a predetermined condition, and radiating the sound indicated by the sound signal applied with the filter processing to the ear canal.

When a harmony function is on state, a generator determines a chord based on one or more notes of depressed keys in a chord kea area, automatically generates one or more additional notes having pitches which harmonizes the pitch of the note of the depressed key in a performance key area according to the determined chord, and inputs the 'note of the pressed key in the performance key area+additional notes' to an assignment controller. When a processor accepts an input of plural notes to be assigned for tone generation, according to a predetermined note determining rule called 'assignment type', the processor selects one or more notes to be sounded in each of plural parts from the accepted notes. The processor controls a display unit to display, for each of the plural parts, the accepted plural notes to be assigned for tone generation. At this time, non-selected one or more notes in respective parts are displayed in one style, and the selected one or more notes in the respective parts are displayed in another style different from the one style. Alternatively, the plural notes to be assigned for tone generation are displayed in one style, and, for each of the plural parts, the selected one or more notes are displayed in another style different from the one style.
