A substrate with a transparent conductive oxide film, comprising a substrate and a transparent conductive oxide layer formed on the substrate and constituted by a plurality of ridges and a plurality of flat portions, wherein the surfaces of the ridges and the flat portions, have many continuous micron-size protrusions.

Highly heat resistant glass fiber which comprises from 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, from 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of TiO.sub.2, from 96 to 99.8 wt % of SiO.sub.2 and not more than 0.03 wt % of the sum of alkali metal oxides and alkaline earth metal oxides.
