A board mount connector includes: a housing having a press-fitting hole; and a terminal press-fitted into the press-fitting hole. The terminal includes: a first terminal portion including a first contact portion contacting and conductively connected to the counterpart terminal when the first contact portion is connected to the counterpart terminal, and a press-fitting portion that is press-fitted into the press-fitting hole; and a second terminal portion including a bent portion extending from the first terminal portion and bent around a bending axis along an axis line of the first terminal portion, and a second contact portion located at a position offset from the first contact portion in an intersecting direction intersecting the axis line of the first terminal portion and conductively connected to the conductor pattern when the boar mount connector is mounted on the circuit board.

Board mount connector and connector-mounted board

A connector includes: a terminal fitting having a terminal part and a conductor connecting part; a housing in which the terminal fitting is housed; and a conductive component that is molded as a laminate body including an electrical conductor and an electrical insulator and having a through-hole, and causes the electrical conductor to be physically and electrically connected to the conductor connecting part inserted into the through-hole when the electrical conductor is soldered to the conductor connecting part. The conductor connecting part is formed in a tubular part with two ends butted each other in a contact state so that end faces that are the non-plated surfaces of the two ends do not appear on the surface, and the entire outer wall surface of the tubular part is a plating layer.

Connector and terminal fitting

There is provided a connector including: a terminal fitting including a terminal portion, a conductor connection portion, and a connecting portion that connects the terminal portion and the conductor connection portion; a housing including an accommodating chamber that accommodates the terminal fitting from the terminal portion to the connecting portion, and a terminal drawing port that allows the conductor connection portion to be drawn out of the accommodating chamber toward a removal direction of the terminal portion; and a conductive component soldering a conductor to the conductor connection portion inserted into a through-hole, in which the connecting portion includes a first coupling portion that is coupled to the terminal portion, a second coupling portion that is coupled to the conductor connection portion, and a third coupling portion.

Connector having a fitting, a housing, and a conductive component

The connector includes: a housing provided with a terminal accommodating chamber; a terminal to be accommodated in the terminal accommodating chamber; a locking lance flexibly provided in the terminal accommodating chamber, a free end side of the locking lance configured to abut on the terminal when the terminal is inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber, thereby the locking lance being restored after being bent, thereby the free end side being capable of locking the terminal in the terminal accommodating chamber; and a thin-walled portion flexibly provided on the free end side of the locking lance, a thickness in a bending direction of the locking lance being set to be smaller than a thickness on a base end side of the locking lance in the thin-walled portion.

Connector

In a connector, a connector housing includes a terminal accommodating chamber in which a female terminal is to be accommodated, an elastic locking piece configured to lock the female terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating chamber, and a wall surface. A male terminal insertion hole and a male terminal release hole are formed in the wall surface. A male terminal of a counterpart connector is to be inserted into the male terminal insertion hole so as to be connected to the female terminal, when a fitting operation between the connector and the counterpart connector is performed in a regular fitting posture. The male terminal is to enter the male terminal release hole, when the fitting operation is performed in an irregular fitting posture. The male terminal release hole forms a space which is continuous from the wall surface to the elastic locking piece.

Connector to prevent a male terminal from being damaged due to improper coupling with a counterpart connector

A lever type connector includes: a housing fittable with an opposite housing; a lever rotatably attached to the housing; shafts protruding from the both side surfaces of the housing respectively; and hole portions arranged in the pair of side plates respectively, the hole portions into which the shafts are inserted. Each of the shafts includes a protrusion protruding toward an outer side in a radial direction of the shaft at a distal end of the shaft. Each of the hole portions includes an opening prevention wall arranged at an edge of the hole portion and facing an inner side surface of the protrusion with the shaft being inserted into the hole portion. The opening prevention wall includes a plurality of insertion portions into which the protrusion is insertable.

Lever type connector

A terminal connecting body of a terminal metal fitting includes: a first engaging part and a second engaging part on one end side and another end side, respectively, that engage each other movements of an end of the one end side and an end of the other end side in separating directions; has a first gap formed between the first engaging part and the end of the other end side, that allows the end and the other end in directions opposite to the separating directions; and has a second gap formed therein, between the second engaging part and the end of the one end side, that enables the end and the other end in similar opposite directions. The first gap and the second gap are formed so that the first engaging part can be inserted into a notch provided on the other end side while being bent from its base.

Terminal metal fitting

Provided is a waterproof connector capable of reducing water-stopping warranty portions. A waterproof connector is configured to include an outer housing, an inner housing, a terminal-equipped with electrical wire, and a packing mat seal. In a bottom wall of the outer housing, a locking projection on the left side and a locking projection on the right side served as engagement part with respect to the inner housing are integrally formed. Further, in the bottom wall in the outer housing, the packing mat seal is integrally molded so as to adhere to circumferential surfaces of proximal end sides in the locking projection on the right side and the locking projection on the left side. An integral molding of the packing mat seal provides a watertight property between a packing mat seal and the circumferential surfaces of the proximal end sides in the locking projection and the locking projection.

Waterproof connector

A connection terminal includes a terminal main body which includes a bottom plate portion, a connecting spring portion integrally provided on one end side of the bottom plate portion, and a conductive connecting portion integrally provided on the other end side of the bottom plate portion; and a box portion which is integrally formed with the bottom plate portion from both edge portions of the bottom plate portion in a width direction of the connection terminal on the one end side by stereoscopic modeling and covers the connecting spring portion.

Connection terminal

A connector for an electronic device is provided. The connector includes a connector housing to be connected to the electronic device, a terminal fitting held by the connector housing, and a relay terminal to be held between a distal end of the terminal fitting and the contact portion of the electronic device when the connector housing is connected to the electronic device. The relay terminal includes an electrically-insulating member and an electrically-conductive portion. The electrically-conductive portion includes a conductor provided on the electrically-insulating member to electrically couple a contact portion of the electronic device and the terminal fitting to each other. The conductor extends in a direction intersecting a center axis of the connector in a state in which the conductor is in contact with at least one of the contact portion of the electronic device and the terminal fitting.

Connector for electronic device

A connector device includes a plurality of board mounted connectors and mating side connectors to be fitted with each other and a guiding hood. Levers are rotatably attached to the mating side connectors. A guiding hood includes a plurality of connector fitting parts which guide an insertion of the mating side connectors corresponding to the board mounted connectors, and is attached to the opening part of the housing case. The board mounted connectors and the mating side connectors are configured to be fitted with each other by rotating the levers which are engaged to the connector fitting parts. The guiding hood includes locking means configured to be locked and engaged to the board mounted connectors respectively by being elastically engaged with engaging parts of the board mounted connectors respectively in a direction in which the board mounted connectors are arranged.

Connector device

Disclosed is an electronic component which maintains good connection between a circuit board and connection terminals and provides size reduction. The electronic component includes a circuit board, a pair of connection terminals, and a housing with the pair of connection terminals mounted thereon. The circuit board is provided with a plurality of terminal sections connected to the connection terminals. Each connection terminal is provided with a spring member formed to be elastically deformable and which sandwich the terminal sections between them. A rib is provided in the housing, wherein the rib is provided between through-holes through which each of the pair of connection terminals pass, and whereby the rib is formed in convex shape, towards the circuit board and away from a bottom section of a substrate housing section in which the circuit board is housed, and the rib penetrates a plurality of terminal sections.

Electronic component

An electronic component includes a circuit element, a circuit board that is connected to the circuit element, and a connection terminal that is connected to the circuit board. The connection terminal includes a main body, a spring member that is formed so as to be elastically deformable in two directions including a direction of moving closer to the circuit board disposed on the main body and a direction of moving away from the circuit board, and a pair of arm portions that is extended from the main body so as to position the spring member therebetween. The pair of arm portions passes through the circuit board, ends of the respective arm portions far from the main body are bent toward the spring member, and the circuit board is held between the ends and the spring member.
