A security apparatus is installed in a vehicle including a door-lock control device for performing a door lock control on the basis of a signal transmitted from a portable transmitter, which a legitimate driver should take along. The security apparatus prevents a theft of the vehicle. The security apparatus includes a receiving circuit, an antenna, and a control circuit. The receiving circuit can receive the signal transmitted from the portable transmitter. The control circuit has a function of switching a security mode on the basis of a reception state of the receiving circuit and a member relating to the door lock control such as a door lock motor.

The present invention teaches an antitheft device whereby the detection accuracy of an unauthorized intruder into a vehicle can be improved, comprising a section for judging whether or not there is an approaching object T toward a vehicle M based on information obtained from a surround monitoring sensor for monitoring the surround of the vehicle M, a section for judging whether or not the approaching object T toward the vehicle M is a suspicious person based on information obtained from a motion sensor for monitoring the periphery and/or the inside of the vehicle M when it is judged that there is an approaching object T toward the vehicle M, and a section for conducting processing such as lighting-on of an indicator when the approaching object T toward the vehicle M is judged to be a suspicious person.

Antitheft device, monitoring device and antitheft system

A vehicle environment control device for recognizing and controlling the state of vehicle-associated equipment and a vehicle environment has a personal data storage section for storing user's personal data associated with users of the vehicle M, a fingerprint information storage section for storing information about fingerprints of authorized users thereof, a section for identifying a user based on fingerprint information, a section for reading personal data (such as a physique) of the identified user thereof from the personal data storage section and a section for setting the vehicle M to be an environment suitable for the user (such as setting a seat position) based on the read personal data, resulting in improved convenience of a driver or occupants in using a vehicle.

Vehicle environment control device

A security device includes an impact sensing unit for sensing an impact, a sound pressure sensing unit for sensing a sound pressure, an abnormal degree determination unit for determining an abnormal degree based on a level of an impact sensing signal sensed by the impact sensing unit and a level of a sound pressure sensing signal sensed by the sound pressure sensing unit, and an alerting process unit for performing a predetermined alerting process based on a determination result of the abnormal degree by the abnormal degree determination unit.

Security device

A judgment unit and a control unit are provided in a vehicle antitheft device. On the basis of a theft occurrence signal from a security device which can detect occurrence of theft of a vehicle and GPS signals from a GPS receiver which can detect positional information of the vehicle, the judgment unit judges whether the vehicle is near a place such as a police station or not, when vehicle theft has occurred. When it is concluded that the vehicle is near the place such as the police station during occurrence of the vehicle theft, the control unit makes control to stop the vehicle.
