An object of the present invention is to provide a COremoval apparatus that prevents release of an amine compound of an absorbing solution from a COabsorption device. The COremoval apparatus includes a desorption columnthat heats and regenerates an amine compound aqueous solution discharged from a decarbonatormaking counterflow contact of a combustion exhaust gas and an amine compound aqueous solution; and reflux means that refluxes an amine compound aqueous solution regenerated in the desorption columnto the decarbonatorvia a cooler. A contact section that makes counterflow contact of reflux water of the desorption columnand a CO-removed combustion exhaust gas is formed in two stages, and the cooleron the downstream side of the desorption column is also formed in two stages. Reflux water from the first stage cooler is supplied to the first stage contact section, and reflux water from the second stage cooler is supplied to the second stage contact section. As a result, the reflux water from the cooleron the downstream side of the desorption columncan be efficiently used for amine removal of the decarbonator, and a concentration of an amine released from the decarbonator can be reduced.

Apparatus for removing carbon dioxide in combustion exhaust gas

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for treating an exhaust gas containing CO, that can adjust the concentration of an oxidation inhibitor in an absorbent to the concentration enough to inhibit oxidation, without measuring the concentration of the oxidation inhibitor in an alkanolamine contained in a COabsorbent. Exhaust gas treatment system with carbon dioxide chemical absorption equipment

Absorption liquid recirculating pipes fitted with absorption tower (absorber) recirculating pumps corresponding to individual spray headers are inserted from the void tower portion inside absorption tower, near the liquid surface of liquid trapping portion (recirculation tank), in the interior of the absorption tower, erected vertically from substantially the center of the absorption tower and connected to respective spray headers provided in multiple stages along the direction of gas flow. Multiple nozzles of each of the spray headers are disposed mutually concentrically or rectangularly on a plane orthogonal to the direction of flue gas flow within the absorption tower. Wet flue gas desulfurization apparatus

Flue gas of boiler is introduced through gas inlet part of flue-gas desulfurization apparatus, and absorbent liquid sprayed from spray nozzle is trapped in recirculation tank. There, agitation is performed by oxidation agitator to thereby oxidize SOabsorbed from the flue gas into gypsum. In the tank, oxidation air is fed from posterior air pipe and anterior air pipe behind and ahead of liquid propulsion by the propeller. Thus, even when the amount of oxidation air must be increased in accordance with an increase of boiler load, the oxidation efficiency can be enhanced without increasing the number of agitators. Then the apparatus with which even when the amount of oxidation air fed to the liquid trapping section is increased, highly efficient oxidation can be performed without increasing the number of agitators installed and the operating cost.
