A heat sensor includes a base and a heat sensor body. The base is to be mounted onto a mounting surface of a building. The heat sensor body has a bottomed cylindrical shape and is to be attached to the base. The heat sensor body includes an opening, a board, a heat detection unit, and at least one wall member. The at least one wall member controls flow of a gas to cause the gas that passed through the opening to flow toward the heat detection unit. The at least one wall member separates the flow of the gas that has entered the heat sensor body from an external space through the opening into a plurality of gas flows and directs one of the plurality of gas flows, which has been separated to flow beside an inner surface of the heat sensor body, toward the heat detection unit.

Heat sensor and smoke and heat fire detector

The air-conditioning system includes: an opening/closing device opening and closing an openable portion in an opening of a building; an air-conditioning device performing air-conditioning inside the building by consuming energy for operation; a monitoring device monitoring environmental information regarding the inside and outside of the building; and a controller controlling the opening/closing device and the air-conditioning device based on the environmental information from the monitoring device, date and time information representing a current date and time, building information representing a location condition of the building, and draft information determined by parameters including an opening area and an opening shape in the openable portion. The controller opens the openable portion and stops the air-conditioning device when the outside is more favorable in air environment than the inside, and closes the openable portion and starts the air-conditioning device when the inside is more favorable in air environment than the outside.

Air-conditioning system and controller

The instruction device according to the present invention is used in an air conditioning system. In a case where evaluation information concerning comfort of an air environment of an indoor space for person(s) in the indoor space corresponds to discomfort and a difference between first data on the air environment of the indoor space and second data on an air environment of an outdoor space is not less than a prescribed value, the instruction device creates setting information to use only a first air conditioning device for causing movement of air between the indoor and outdoor spaces when determining that the comfort can be improved by the first air conditioning device, and creates setting information to use a second air conditioning device for controlling the air environment of the indoor space by consuming energy resource when determining that the comfort cannot be improved by the first air conditioning device.

Instruction device, and air conditioning system

An electromagnetic relay includes a bobbin including a winding part, jaw parts extending from both ends of the winding part, and a pair of opposing side wall parts; a coil wound on the winding part; an iron core attached to the bobbin; an armature; a movable contact which contacts or is separated from a fixed contact; and a case. The jaw part is formed to extend to a part in the vicinity of a side wall of the case so as to separate a first space where the coil exists from a second space where the fixed contact and the movable contact exist. Each of the side wall parts extends from the jaw part along an axis of the bobbin in a direction toward the second space and has a distal end abutting on the case.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes: an electromagnetic block a bobbin including collar parts at both ends of a coil winding part on which a coil is wound, an iron core and a yoke; a contact block including a fixed contact and a movable contact; a pair of partition walls provided in parallel with the axial direction of the coil, opposing each other with the coil sandwiched therebetween and abutting on both the collar parts of the bobbin; and a case that accommodates therein the electromagnet block, the contact block and the partition walls. Inner wall surfaces of the case abut on both the collar parts of the bobbin and the partition walls from a direction intersecting both a direction in which the pair of partition walls oppose and the axial direction of the bobbin.

A hydrogen generating apparatus including a reformer which performs a reforming reaction using a material and steam to generate hydrogen-containing gas; a water evaporator which generates the steam supplied to the reformer; a first water pathway through which reforming water to be supplied to the water evaporator flows; a pump which supplies the reforming water to the water evaporator; a second water pathwaybranching from the first water pathway on the downstream side of the pump; a first water tank to which the water flowing through the second water pathway flows; a first flow rate controller provided on the second water pathway; and a controller which operates the pump and controls the first flow rate controller so that water flows through the second water pathway, thereby stably generating hydrogen and preventing degradation of the reformer thereof is realized.
