A low pass filter includes a first input/output terminal, a second input/output terminal, a signal line, inductors connected in the signal line, and capacitors connected between the signal line and ground. In the signal line, a capacitor is connected in parallel to the inductor that is connected closest to the first input/output terminal, and the inductor and the capacitor define a first parallel resonator.

Low pass filter, multilayer-type low pass filter, and method of adjusting filter characteristic

A diplexer includes a multilayer substrate, first, second, and third terminals, and a ground terminal provided on the multilayer substrate. The first filter is between the first terminal and the second terminal, the second filter is between the first terminal and the third terminal. An interlayer spacing of the multilayer substrate includes a first filter ground electrode, a second filter ground electrode, and a shield ground electrode shielding between the first filter and the second filter. The ground terminal includes a first filter ground terminal connected to the first filter ground electrode, a second filter ground terminal connected to the second filter ground electrode, and a shield ground terminal connected to the shield ground electrode.

Diplexer

A low pass filter having an attenuation pole includes at least inductors disposed on a series arm which connects an input terminal and an output terminal. The inductors are wound inductors mounted on a first surface of a multilayer body. A winding axis of one of the wound inductors is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a winding axis of the other one of the wound inductors.

Low pass filter having attenuation pole and wave splitter

A polar-type low pass filter includes a low pass filter portion and first, second and third ground conductors, in a laminated body. The low pass filter portion includes parallel resonant circuits including first, second, third and fourth capacitors and inductors, in a series arm, and at least capacitors in a parallel arm thereof. Pattern conductors configuring the first, second, third and fourth capacitors face the first ground conductor and so forth, in a z-axis direction.

Polar-type low pass filter and demultiplexer equipped therewith

A band pass filter circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a signal line, and a plurality of main LC parallel resonators. First ends of the plurality of main LC parallel resonators are connected to the signal line, and second ends of the plurality of main LC parallel resonators are connected to one another. At least one attenuation-pole-defining sub LC parallel resonator including an inductor and a capacitor is inserted between a ground and the connected second ends of the plurality of main LC parallel resonators.

Band pass filter circuit and multilayer band pass filter

A filter element includes a laminate including insulator layers. A ring conductor pattern is provided on one of the insulator layers. Linear conductor patterns of a first inductor having a helical shape with an axial direction thereof being a laminating direction of the laminate and linear conductor patterns of a second inductor having a helical shape with an axial direction thereof being the laminating direction are provided on predetermined ones of the insulator layers. The ring conductor pattern is arranged such that inner regions of the linear conductor patterns of the first inductor and inner regions of the linear conductor patterns of the second inductor are included in an inner region of the ring conductor pattern.

Filter element

A substantially loop-shaped inductor including a via electrode is arranged such that its loop surface is parallel to a mounting board. Thus, a direction of magnetic flux of the inductor is perpendicular to the mounting board, and influence of the magnetic flux on an adjacent electronic component is significantly reduced and minimized. In addition, the via electrode defines a principal portion of the inductor. Thus, an inductor with a great Q value is obtained, and the insertion loss of a laminated LC filter is significantly reduced and minimized.

Laminated LC filter

A dual mode band-pass filter includes a metallic film for defining a resonator, disposed on the first main surface of a dielectric substrate having first and second main surfaces, or inside of the dielectric substrate. An opening is formed in the metallic film. At least one ground electrode is provided on the second main surface of the dielectric substrate or inside of the dielectric substrate, so as to be opposed to the metallic film through a dielectric layer. A pair of input-output coupling circuits is connected to the metallic film.

Dual mode band-pass filter

An input-output balanced filter has a greatly reduced size and excellent stable electric characteristics. The input-output balanced filter includes two LC bandpass filter circuit units. A first LC bandpass filter circuit unit has a circuit structure in which a first LC parallel resonant circuit including an inductor and a capacitor is connected to a second LC parallel resonant circuit including an inductor and a capacitor via a connecting capacitor, while the second LC bandpass filter circuit unit has a circuit structure in which a third LC parallel resonant circuit including an inductor and a capacitor is connected to a fourth LC parallel resonant circuit including an inductor and a capacitor via the other connecting capacitor; and, the common side lines of the two LC bandpass filter circuit units are connected to each other via a connecting inductor which functions as a common line.

Input-output balanced filter

A dual mode band-pass filter includes a metallic film for defining a resonator, disposed on the first main surface of a dielectric substrate having first and second main surfaces, or inside of the dielectric substrate. An opening is formed in the metallic film. At least one ground electrode is provided on the second main surface of the dielectric substrate or inside of the dielectric substrate, so as to be opposed to the metallic film through a dielectric layer. A pair of input-output coupling circuits is connected to the metallic film

A bandpass filter includes a dielectric substrate, a resonator electrode that is provided on a portion of a plane at an intermediate height in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate so as to oppose the top face of the dielectric substrate and includes an aperture, first and second ground electrodes provided over and under the resonator electrode, respectively, so as to oppose the resonator electrode with dielectric layers disposed therebetween and so as to sandwich the resonator electrode, input-output coupling electrodes coupled to the resonator electrode, input-output terminal electrodes that are provided on the outside surface of the dielectric substrate and are electrically connected to the input-output coupling electrodes, and a via-hole electrode that penetrates through the aperture in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate so as not to be electrically connected to the resonator electrode and is electrically connected to the first and second ground electrodes.

Bandpass filter

A band-pass filter functioning as a electronic chip component includes a chip having upper and lower surfaces, a pair of side surfaces, and first and second end surfaces facing each other. A resonator electrode is disposed in the chip. The band-pass filter also includes input and output electrodes extending in the vertical direction, which are coupled or connected to the resonator electrode, and a tubular first ground electrode surrounding the chip so as to enclose the resonator electrode. The input and output electrodes are disposed at end portions or inner sides of the tubular portion so as not to be electrically connected to the first ground electrode. The band-pass filter further includes two pairs of second ground electrodes which are disposed on both sides of the input electrode and/or output electrode and which are electrically connected to the first ground electrode.
