A deceleration mechanism is provided with first and second gears, a first tooth part arranged in the first gear and extending spirally in an axial direction of the first gear, an engagement projected part arranged on the first tooth part, second tooth parts arranged on the second gear, and an engagement recessed part arranged between the adjacent second tooth parts. The engagement projected part is formed in an arc shape in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the first gear and has a curvature center eccentric from a rotation center of the first gear. The second tooth parts are inclined with respect to the axial direction of the first gear and arranged in a circumferential direction of the second gear. The engagement projected part is formed in an arc-shape in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the first gear and engaged with the engagement projected part.

Deceleration mechanism and motor having deceleration mechanism installed therein

A speed reduction mechanism and a motor equipped with the speed reduction mechanism are provided. A pinion gear is provided with one spiral engagement projected part, and a helical gear is provided with a plurality of engagement recessed parts with which the engagement projected part is engaged. The engagement projected part and the engagement recessed part are formed so that their cross-sectional shapes along a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the pinion gear are in arc shapes. A shape of helical teeth and a shape of the engagement recessed part are determined based on a shape of the engagement projected part provided on a spiral tooth.

Speed reduction mechanism and speed reduction mechanism-equipped motor

A secondary battery includes a diaphragm which is disposed on a current path between a current collector plate connected to a wound electrode group in a battery container and an external terminal, deforms when an internal pressure of the battery container increases, and breaks the current path. The diaphragm has a convex portion which protrudes to the current collector plate. The current collector plate has a through-hole into which the convex portion is inserted. An inner wall portion of the through-hole and a side wall portion of the convex portion facing each other are welded.

Secondary battery

An electric motor includes a yoke having a cylindrical section, two pairs of permanent magnets disposed at an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical section to oppose each other, and an armature rotatably supported further inside in a radial direction than the permanent magnets, wherein at least a pair of first flat sections opposing each other in the radial direction are formed at the cylindrical section, and the permanent magnets are disposed at positions distant from the first flat sections.

A motor drive apparatus includes: a stage determination part that determines a position of the rotor based on a combination of states of a plurality of the output signals; and a power distribution timing determination part which determines that a power distribution timing when power is distributed to the coil is a timing obtained by advancing an angle by an amount that corresponds to a predetermined electric angle in a startup time of the motor, wherein, when a rotation speed of the motor becomes a predetermined rotation speed or more, the power distribution timing determination part determines that a timing when a predetermined period of time elapses since a position of the rotor arrives at a position of an electric angle that corresponds to a displacement amount of an electric angle which is arbitrarily advanced with respect to a predetermined electric angle that is advanced in the startup time is a power distribution timing.

Driving apparatus

A motor case () in which a stationary portion () is fixed, and a gear case () in which a gear mechanism (SD) is accommodated are made of aluminium, most heat generated from the stationary portion () at the time of actuation of a brushless wiper motor () can be directly dissipated outside from the motor case (). That is, compared with conventional technique, heat transmitted to the motor case () can be efficiently dissipated outside, and the motor case () does not reach high temperature. Therefore, as a matter of course, reduction in size and weight can be achieved, suppression of electromagnetic noise can be achieved, and heat-resistance strength can be enhanced. Expensive components capable of resisting high temperatures are not required, and reduction in manufacturing cost can be achieved.

A cell block includes holding sections that hold a battery cell arrayed body of a lower layer between a lower holding frame member and a middle holding frame member, hold a battery cell arrayed body of an upper layer between the middle holding frame member and an upper holding frame member, and hold the battery cell arrayed body of the upper layer and the battery cell arrayed body of the lower layer in a state displaced from each other in the row direction. Lower fastening sections are disposed at positions below a battery cell and projects in the row direction beyond the battery cell arrayed body of the lower layer, and join the lower holding frame member and the middle holding frame member with each other by fastening.

Brushless motor and wiper apparatus

The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a battery capable of achieving a uniform temperature among a plurality of battery cells in a simple configuration while achieving size and weight reductions, and a battery module using the battery block. The battery block of the present invention has a structure such that a pair of end plates is disposed at both ends of a plurality of battery cells in an arranged direction; first spacers are disposed between the plurality of battery cells; and second spacers are disposed between the battery cells and the end plates. The first spacers have a space for allowing a flow of cooling gas. The second spacers block the flow of the cooling gas between the battery cells and the end plates and have a thermal insulating property for suppressing heat transmission between the battery cells and the end plates.

Battery block and battery module having same

Provided are a battery block and a secondary battery module capable of holding a plurality of battery cells stably and so reducing a load applied to a welding part of a conductive member that is connected to an electrode by welding or the like. The battery block includes a lower holding frame and a middle holding frame, one of which includes two protrusions that are in contact with an outer peripheral face of each battery cell and the other includes a pressing part that presses the outer peripheral face of the battery cell inwardly in the radial direction. Then, one of an upper holding frame and the middle holding frame includes two protrusions that are in contact with an outer peripheral face of each battery cell and the other includes a pressing part that presses the outer peripheral face of the battery cell inwardly in the radial direction.

Battery block and secondary battery module

The present invention proposes a structure of a battery module in which a spacer can slide by means of a guide member constituting the battery module and can be positioned. A battery module according to the present invention is a battery moduleprovided with a battery blockin which a plurality of rectangular battery cellsare arranged and laminated, and includes a spacerwhich intervenes between the plurality of battery cells, guide membersandwhich slidably support the spaceralong a laminating direction of the battery cells, and end platesas a pair which are respectively arranged on one side and the other side of the guide membersandin a sliding direction and which sandwich the battery blockfrom both sides in the sliding direction.
