Disclosed is a sanitary ware compatibly satisfying both low water absorption and weight reduction. The sanitary ware has a pottery substrate of a vitreous body and a glaze layer, in which part of the substrate is exposed to outside thereof without the glaze layer; the substrate has (A) an anorthite and (B) an alkali metal component; and an amount of the alkali metal component is in the range of 5 to 10% by weight in terms of an oxide conversion (AO) relative to the substrate. This sanitary ware has the properties of low water absorption and light weight.

A video conference apparatus includes a relay unit that is configured to transmit video image data acquired at a site of a first conference system to a second terminal provided in a second conference system and transmit video image data of the second conference system to a first terminal provided in the first conference system. An information terminal incorporates a network interface and an extension interface, and in the case of outside call, an audio send signal is modulated into an audio signal frequency band, and sent to the exchange through a private telephone line and a subscriber's line by way of the network interface. An audio receive signal sent from the exchange through the subscriber's line and private telephone line is demodulated into an ordinary audio frequency band through the network interface. On the other hand, in the case of extension service, an audio send signal is converted into a packetized digital signal by an extension interface circuit, and is further modulated into a higher frequency band so as not to overlap with the audio signal frequency band, and is transmitted through the private telephone line.

A diversity wireless device for use in a wireless terminal unit includes at least one grounded antenna and at least one ungrounded antenna in proximity to each other on a circuit board. By providing at least one ungrounded antenna and at least one ground antenna, there is low correlation between antennas resulting in a high diversity gain.
