A oil supply structure of an internal combustion engine, includes: an oil flowing path which is formed to extend along a camshaft vertically above at least one of intake and exhaust camshafts () of the internal combustion engine, and in which oil flows; an oil supply portion provided on one end side of the oil flowing path, and supplying oil to the oil flowing path; and oil ejection holes aligned along the oil flowing path, provided to be opened vertically downward, and through which the oil of the oil flowing path is ejected toward the camshaft, wherein, in the oil flowing path, a partitioning portion, which extends along the oil ejection holes toward the other end side opposite to the oil supply portion from one end side, and partitions the inside of the oil flowing path, is provided.

A sensor support structure includes a connection portion positioned in the cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine from an outer surface of the cylinder head cover to a position where the connection portion comes in contact with a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine, an arm portion extending from an outer end side of the connection portion toward an outer side of the connection portion in a radial direction, a sensor support portion provided at an extending end of the arm portion, the sensor support portion being formed to protrude in a direction away from a side where the cylinder head is positioned, the sensor support portion supporting a sensor that detects a rotation of a camshaft of the internal combustion engine; and a restriction portion restricting a movement of the arm portion relative to the cylinder head cover in a circumferential direction about the connection portion.

A blow-by gas recirculation apparatus which can release freezing of a PCV valve in a short period of time is obtained with a simple configuration. The blow-by gas recirculation apparatus is provided with the PCV valve at a case member of a gas space portion to which blow-by gas is sent in a manner that the PCV valve penetrates through the case member and a return path supplying the blow-by the gas, which is from the PCV valve, to an induction system of an engine. A heating portion to which part of oil lubricating the engine is supplied and thus which heats the PCV valve with heat of the oil is formed.

Blow-by gas recirculation apparatus

Provided is an oil separator that operates in an efficient manner as a whole for collection of oil mist in blowby gas as multiple oil separator units collect the oil mist equally regardless of various particle sizes thereof. The oil separator includes a distribution chamber distributing blowby gas, an introducing hole introducing the blowby gas into the distribution chamber, at least one set of oil separator units disposed in symmetry relative to at least one plane having an axis extending through an axis of the introducing hole of axes of flowing directions of the blowby gas entering the distribution chamber through the introducing hole, and distribution channels causing the blowby gas to flow from the distribution chamber to the respective oil separator units.

Oil separator

An oil separator is provided that efficiently recovers oil mist in blow-by gas regardless of differences in particle diameter. The oil separator includes a supply space to which blow-by gas from an internal combustion engine is supplied, and multiple cyclone-type oil separation units arranged along the gas supply direction, each having a cylindrical cylinder case part to which the blow-by gas from the supply space is supplied. An inner diameter of the cylinder case part of the oil separation unit is set larger with the oil separation unit arranged more upstream in the gas supply direction.

Oil control valve mounting arrangement

A valve case includes a housing portion including a cylindrical space for housing a spool of an oil control valve, and a wall portion including a drain space arranged cross to the cylindrical space. The housing portion and the wall portion are integrally formed.

Valve case for oil control valve

A rubber gasket of annular shape adapted to be interposed between two objective members to be sealed and fastened to each other and a seal structure for sealing between two objective members to be sealed and fastened to each other using the gasket. The rubber gasket comprises an integrally molded body made of elastomer having a cylindrical body, a flange-shaped portion, and an annular core member, the flange-shaped portion extending outward from one end of the cylindrical body in axial direction along an entire outer circumferential surface, the annular core member being embedded in the flange-shaped portion along an entire circumference. The rubber gasket is constructed such that when the two objective members to be sealed are fastened with the rubber gasket interposed therebetween, both ends of the cylindrical body in axial direction thereof are positioned respectively at seal line portions of the two objective members to be sealed, and the cylindrical body is compressed by fastening force along fastening direction.

A valve timing control apparatus includes a driving side rotational member, a driven side rotational member formed with a plurality of recessed portions into which a supporting jig is insertable at a second side thereof in the axial direction, a fluid pressure chamber, a vane, a lock member, and a cover plate formed with a plurality of through holes, through which the supporting jig is insertable, at a position in which each of the plurality of through holes is overlapped with each of the plurality of recessed portions of the driven side rotational member in a condition where the relative rotational phase is restrained at the lock phase.
