A part of a second split-flow pipe is branched into at least a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe. A second spring check valve is disposed in the first branch pipe to open when a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side of the second spring check valve in the first branch pipe becomes more than or equal to a second set pressure higher than a first set pressure. A third spring check valve is disposed in the second branch pipe to open when a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side of the third spring check valve in the second branch pipe becomes more than or equal to a third set pressure higher than the first set pressure. The second branch pipe is different from the first branch pipe in terms of at least one of diameter, length, and inner volume.

Superconducting electromagnet

A spool has a cylindrical outer shape extending in an axial direction intersecting an upward/downward direction, the spool having an outer circumferential surface in which a plurality of annular groove portions extending in a circumferential direction are formed with a space being interposed between the plurality of annular groove portions in the axial direction, a superconducting coil being wound and accommodated inside each of the plurality of annular groove portions. A cover portion is attached to the spool so as to cover each of the plurality of annular groove portions, the cover portion and the plurality of annular groove portions forming a plurality of annular flow paths for refrigerant to cool the superconducting coil. One or more communication paths extend in parallel with the axial direction to communicate adjacent annular flow paths of the plurality of annular flow paths with each other.

Superconducting electromagnet device

A heat pipe includes an insulating hollow body located inside an outer conductor. The insulating hollow body insulates a portion of the heat pipe on an outer conductor side and a portion of the heat pipe on an inner conductor side from each other. The heat pipe has a plurality of sections each connecting a corresponding one of a plurality of connection conductors to the insulating hollow body. The heat pipe further includes a communication path connecting portions of the heat pipe to each other to cause the plurality of sections to be in communication with each other. Each of the portions is connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of connection conductors.

Circuit breaker

A superconducting magnet apparatus includes a first superconducting coil centered around an axis extending in a direction intersecting with a vertical direction and a refrigerant circulation circuit through which refrigerant circulates. The refrigerant circulation circuit includes a first cooling pipe path in thermal contact with the first superconducting coil, an upper pipe path arranged above the first cooling pipe path, a lower pipe path arranged below the first cooling pipe path, and a connection pipe path that connects the upper pipe path and the lower pipe path to each other. The first cooling pipe path includes a first storage portion where refrigerant is stored.

Superconducting magnet apparatus

A superconducting magnet includes a superconducting coil, a coolant container, a radiation shield, a first pipe, a second pipe, a refrigerator, and a connection pipe. The refrigerator is fixed to seal a tip end of the second pipe, and is inserted in the second pipe to define a flow path of a coolant between the refrigerator and the second pipe. The connection pipe makes the interiors of the first pipe and the second pipe communicate with each other inside a vacuum container. The connection pipe includes a first connection portion connecting to the first pipe and a second connection portion connecting to the second pipe. The second connection portion is located between the vacuum container and the radiation shield.

Superconducting magnet

A superconducting magnet device with which device breakage caused by a quench can be avoided while helium consumption is reduced. A sheet-like convection-preventing member is disposed at least either above or below a heat transfer member transferring to gaseous helium heat transferred from the outside, so as to cover a helium gas release tube for the gaseous helium, and thus heat exchange performance during transportation is improved. In the case where the quench occurs, the convection-preventing member is lifted upward in the release tube, thereby ensuring to provide a flow path for the gaseous helium and avoiding excessive increase of the internal pressure.

Superconducting magnet device

An in-vehicle cooling device includes: a header to be mounted so as to be adjacent to a side surface of a transformer mounted on a back side of a bottom portion of a vehicle, the header having a vertical surface along a traveling direction and a direction orthogonal to the travelling direction; a vertical-direction installed cooling pipe having both ends fixed to the header and being installed on a vertical plane orthogonal to the traveling direction; and a traveling-direction installed cooling pipe having both ends fixed to the header and being installed on a travel plane that is parallel to a horizontal plane, the vertical-direction installed cooling pipe and the traveling-direction installed cooling pipe being installed to overlap with each other in a direction orthogonal to the header.

In-vehicle cooling device

An indoor unit includes a casing having a suction port formed in an upper part and a blow-out port formed on a lower side at a front face part, an axial-flow or diagonal-flow fan provided on the downstream side of the suction port in the casing, and a heat exchanger provided on the downstream side of the fan and on the upstream side of the blow-out port in the casing, in which air blown out of the fan and refrigerant are heat-exchanged.
