A fundus observation apparatus that is capable of assisting an examiner in judging the presence or absence of abnormality in an examinee's eye based on a fundus tomographic image. The fundus observation apparatus includes an optical coherence tomography device that has an optical scanner for setting an image pickup position on a fundus of an examinee's eye, and is arranged to obtain a tomographic image of the fundus, and an information display unit that is arranged to display on a monitor the tomographic image obtained by the optical coherence tomography device and assisting information for assisting an examiner in performing judgment on the tomographic image, and the information display unit is arranged to change the assisting information based on image pickup information on the tomographic image.

Fundus observation apparatus

The present disclosure relates to an optical coherence tomography (OCT) including: an OCT device, an OCT calculation method, and an OCT calculation program, enabling correlation between images to be easily performed; more specifically it relates to a case where a functional OCT image such as a motion contrast is acquired by using the OCT; acquiring the functional OCT image through a calculation process of an OCT signal is a time-consuming process, for this reason, a long time elapses until the point that a functional OCT image can be observed after OCT imaging is completed, and thus this causes stress to a subject and an examiner; the present disclosure provides an OCT device, an OCT calculation method, and an OCT calculation program, enabling a functional OCT image to be rapidly acquired and enables an examiner to easily perform diagnosis.

Optical coherence tomography device, optical coherence tomography calculation method, and optical coherence tomography calculation program

An optical coherence tomography device includes an OCT optical system that irradiates a tissue of the subject's eye with measurement light from a light source, and detects interference between reference light and the measurement light reflected from the tissue by using a detector, and a processor, in which the processor performs a generation process of acquiring A-scan data based on a signal output from the detector in a cycle of 300 kilohertz or more and generating three-dimensional OCT data at any time based on the acquired A-scan data, and performs an analysis process on each piece of the three-dimensional OCT data generated at any time through the generation process, so as to output a real-time analysis result of the three-dimensional OCT data which is generated at any time.

A method of observing a three-dimensional image of an examinee's eye to be examined, includes: obtaining a first three-dimensional image which is a three-dimensional image of an anterior segment of the examinee's eye by optical coherence tomography for obtaining a tomographic image by converging a measurement light on the anterior segment of the examinee's eye; obtaining a second three-dimensional image which is a three-dimensional image of a fundus of the examinee's eye by optical coherence tomography for obtaining a tomographic image by converging the measurement light on the fundus of the examinee's eye by a timing different from a timing of obtaining the first three-dimensional image; constructing a three-dimensional eyeball image of the examinee's eye through image processing based on the obtained first and second three-dimensional images; and displaying the constructed three-dimensional eyeball image on a monitor.

Method of observing a three-dimensional image of examinee's eye

The ophthalmic photographing apparatus includes an optical scanner for two-dimensionally scanning light and an optical coherence tomography device for obtaining a three-dimensional tomographic image of an examiner's eye. The apparatus also includes an observation optical system for obtaining a front observation image of the eye as a moving image and an observation optical system that obtain a front observation image of the examinee's eye as a moving image. The driving control unit controls the optical coherence tomography device based on a signal from an operation unit. A position on the examinee's eye where the tomographic image is picked up is changeable by using the moving image of the front observation image and the analysis map.

Ophthalmic photographing apparatus

An eye refractive power measurement apparatus for objectively measuring eye refractive power of a patient's eye, includes: a light-projecting optical system that includes a light source and projects measurement light onto a fundus of the patient's eye; a light-receiving optical system that includes an imager device serving as a two-dimensional light-receiving element and receives the measurement light reflected from the fundus; and an operating section that determines the eye refractive power of the eye based on a two-dimensional pattern image by the measurement light imaged by the imager device. The light source is a super-luminescent diode or a laser diode that emits light having a center wavelength in a range of approximately 850 nm to 940 nm.

An ophthalmic apparatus capable of alignment in total automation and manual alignment with an examinee's eye comprising an ophthalmic examination unit, a unit detecting an alignment state of the examination unit with the eye, a main base, a mobile base on which the examination unit is mounted and moved horizontally on the main base through operation of a control member, driving mechanisms moving the examination unit vertically and horizontally with respect to the mobile base, means switching a mode between a manual mode of performing alignment of the examination unit with each eye in sequence through the operation and a fully automatic mode of performing the alignment through driving of the driving mechanisms, and a control unit controlling the driving based on the detection result which starts in the fully automatic mode the driving based on a predetermined trigger signal so as to perform the alignment.

The ophthalmic apparatus includes a measurement unit which measures characteristics of an examinee's eye, an image-pickup optical system for picking up an image of an anterior segment of the eye, a monitor having a screen where the picked-up anterior-segment image is displayed, a plurality of operation switches arranged on the screen or in the vicinity of the screen, a display control part which controls to display function information items indicating functions of the operation switches on the screen, and a changer which makes a selective changeover between a first operation mode in which a state where the function information items are not displayed on the screen is set as a standard state, and a second operation mode in which a state where the function information items are displayed on the screen is set as a standard state.

An eye refractive power measurement apparatus by which an examiner can properly check reliability of a measurement result while time and effort of the examiner are saved. An ophthalmic apparatus capable of checking the presence of abnormality such as soil on optical members and checking before examination whether or not the apparatus is in a state of being affected by disturbance light. The apparatus has a photo-receiving optical system, being arranged inside the apparatus and having optical members, for photo-receiving examination light reflected from the eye which is at an examination position outside the apparatus, a projection optical system, being arranged inside the apparatus and having a light source, for projecting detection light onto the optical member arranged nearest to the outside of the apparatus, a photodetector for photo-receiving reflected detection light when the light source is lit in a state where the eye is not placed at the examination position, and an abnormality detection device for detecting abnormality of the optical members based on an output signal from the photodetector.
