A terminal base includes a straight, strip plate-shaped bus bar having a first end and a second end, the first end having a bolt insertion hole, a bolt configured to be inserted into the bolt insertion hole for electrical connection, the bolt having a head, a housing into which the bus bar is inserted from the second end of the bus bar such that the second end extends out of the housing, an O-ring configured to be mounted on the bus bar at a middle of the bus bar to seal a gap between the bus bar and the housing and a holder configured to regulate a movement of the O-ring. The holder is provided on the bus bar. The holder includes a bolt holding portion configured to hold an outer periphery of the head of the bolt over an entire circumference of the outer periphery of the head.

Terminal base, triple terminal base, and in-vehicle apparatus

A busbar component constructing a terminal block has a busbar, a circular O-ring attached to a busbar main body of the busbar, and a holder attached to the busbar main body through an insertion hole of the holder. The busbar main body is formed with a busbar-side engagement portion. A holder main body is arranged between a busbar-side engagement portion and the O-ring. The holder main body is formed with a ring-shaped pressing portion on one opening side of the insertion hole. The holder main body is formed with, on another opening side of the insertion hole, a holder-side engagement portion which is engaged with the busbar-side engagement portion.

Busbar component, terminal block, and vehicular device

A vehicular device has a device main body, a device box housing the device main body, a terminal block attached to a wall of the device box, and a wire harness electrically connected to the device main body via the terminal block. The terminal block includes an O-ring. The O-ring has a ring-shaped O-ring main body and a lock target portion which is continuous with the O-ring main body. The lock target portion has a connection portion which is continuous with the O-ring main body at one end and a lock target portion main body which is continuous with the other end of the connection portion and projects perpendicularly to an extension direction of the connection portion. The lock target portion main body has a hollow portion in a base portion which is continuous with the other end of the connection portion, and thereby assumes a tubular shape.

O-ring, O-ring lock structure, terminal block, and vehicular device

An on-vehicle device has a device box accommodating a device body; a terminal block attached to an upper wall of the device box; and a wire harness electrically connected to the device body through this terminal block. The terminal block adopts a drain structure, and this drain structure is provided with: the upper wall of the device box; a housing body attached to the side of an outer surface of the upper wall; a drain outlet passing through a bottom wall of the housing body; and a drain ditch formation portion for forming a drain ditch from this drain outlet to the outside of the housing body. In the drain ditch formation portion, an outer surface of the bottom wall is formed so as to be separated from the outer surface of the upper wall by a dimension of a gap where a capillary phenomenon occurs.
