In the fuel-cell stack, a bypass channel is formed between the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate. The bypass channel connects the second plate passage to the lower oxygen-containing gas discharge passage. An annular protrusion protruding toward the second plate passage is provided around the first plate passage. A lower part of an inner surface forming the first plate passage has an inclined section that is inclined upward toward the downstream of the reaction gas.

Fuel cell stack

A fuel cell stack includes a first power output unit connected to a first terminal plate, the first power output unit including a first conductor, and a second conductor extending from the first conductor to the outside of an outer peripheral end of a first inner insulator in the state where the second conductor is placed between the first inner insulator and a first end plate. The second conductor is positioned inside of the first end plate in a stacking direction of a cell stack body.

A fuel cell stack includes a cell stack body including a plurality of stacked power generation cells together. A metal plate and an elastic seal member are overlapped with each other at a position facing a bead seal formed on an end metal separator. A support member includes a recess accommodating the metal plate. A gap is provided between an inner peripheral end of the metal plate and the recess, or between an outer peripheral end of the metal plate and the recess, for absorbing thermal expansion difference between the metal plate and the support member.

A first-face forming portion of a workpiece and a second-face forming portion spaced apart from it by the length of an intermediate portion are clamped with a first-face forming die and a second-face forming die, respectively. The first-face forming die is moved either upward or downward and the second-face forming die is moved in a direction toward the first-face forming die, and the second-face forming die is pressed against the first-face forming die to shape the upright wall portion.

Bending method and apparatus for the same

A fuel cell stack includes a stack body formed by stacking a plurality of power generation cells. A first seal line of a first metal separator and a second seal line of a second metal separator protrude in a stacking direction of the stack body in a manner to contact a resin film. An insulator is provided with a first elastic seal member which contacts a second end seal line. The width of the first elastic seal member is larger than the maximum width of the second end seal line.

At one end of a fuel cell stack in a stacking direction, an insulating plate and an end plate are provided. Further, a bypass channel connecting a reactant gas supply passage and a second reactant gas discharge passage is formed between a cell stack body and the end plate. An oxygen-containing gas supplied from a reactant gas supply passage is distributed to a first reactant gas discharge passage and the second reactant gas discharge passage in the fuel cell stack.

A coupled inductor comprises an annular coreand coils,wound around the core. The annular coreincludes a sendust core having a maximum differential permeability that is equal to or greater than 30.

Coupled inductor

A reactor includes an annular core, coils, a sensor detecting a state of the reactor, and a connector outputting signal from the sensor. Resin-molded bodies are provided around the annular core. The resin-molded body has bobbins for the respective coils and core covering portions formed integrally with each other. An exposed area where no resin covers the bottom of the core is formed in the lower face of the covering portions. A holder to fasten the connector is formed integrally with the upper portion of the covering portion. An assembly including the resin-molded bodies in which the annular core is embedded, and the coils wound around the bobbins are retained in a metal casing. A clearance is formed between the assembly and the casing, and a filler is filled in this clearance. The filler covers the exposed area of the core bottom.

In order to perform overheating protection of a controller for water-heating heatersA andB for in-vehicle heating, an energization circuit for a heater(A,B) includes IGBTsandas switching devices that are disposed therein to be in series with the heater, and a first temperature sensor (first thermistor)which measures temperature of these IGBTs. A comparatoris provided to transmit a signal when the temperature of the IGBTsis equal to or greater than a predetermined temperature. Then, the IGBTscan be forcibly turned OFF via the IGBT driverin response to a signal from the comparatorwithout a microprocessorintervening therebetween.

Apparatus for controlling in-vehicle heater

A coupled inductor comprises an annular coreand coilswound around the core. The annular coreincludes a sendust core having a maximum differential permeability that is equal to or greater than 30.

A control system for an internal combustion engine where when the engine is decelerating the amount of intake air supplied to a combustion chamber is controlled. A target auxiliary intake air amount SAIRCMD necessary for preventing misfiring of the engine by supplying only an auxiliary intake air amount to a combustion chamber and a target intake air amount GAIRCMD which is a target value of the amount of intake air supplied to the combustion chamber are calculated according to the state NE, AP of the engine. When the engine is decelerating, and misfires, misfire avoidance control is executed controlling an auxiliary intake air amount control valve to be more opened such that the auxiliary intake air amount becomes the target auxiliary intake air amount SAIRCMD and a throttle valve to be more closed such that the amount of intake air supplied to the combustion chamber becomes the target intake air amount GAIRCMD.

Control system for internal combustion engine

A transmission for a bicycle includes a derailleur shaft supported by a case member. A derailleur arm is movably journaled by the derailleur shaft. A guide rotational body is rotatably supported by the derailleur arm and an endless power transmission belt is wound therearound. The endless power transmission belt is shifted among a plurality of rotational body elements which constitute a speed-change rotational body for changing the speed-change ratio. An operating pin is connected to a wire which moves in the fore-and-aft direction in accordance with the speed-change operation so that the derailleur arm is rotated with respect to the derailleur shaft and translated toward the center axis of the derailleur shaft by the operating pin being moved while being guided through the guide hole by the speed-change operation via the wire. A roller is rotatably journaled by the operating pin is rotatably fitted in the guide hole.

Transmission for a bicycle

A power transmission mechanism of a motorcycle includes a drive case which is disposed at the rear end of and outside of a rear swing arm, and which surrounds the axle of a rear wheel and incorporates a transmission device. In addition, the power transmission mechanism includes a drive shaft extending from an output shaft of an engine for transmitting power of the drive shaft to the rear wheel. The transmission device converts the direction of a driving force of the drive shaft and transmits it to the rear wheel. The drive shaft constituting part of the power transmission mechanism is disposed below the rear swing arm and the pivot shaft. The result is a motorcycle configuration that suppresses the vehicle width without expanding the rear swing arm.

Motorcycle

A transmission apparatus is capable of retaining an endless transmission chain on a rotatable member, even where a small inter-axis distance remains between two rotatable shafts to which each of two rotatable members is drivingly connected. The transmission includes a drive sprocket member for connecting to a main drive shaft. The transmission also includes a driven sprocket member, connected to the output shaft in parallel with the main drive shaft and including a plurality of transmission sprockets. The transmission further includes a chain interconnecting both sprocket members, and a transmission shift mechanism for positioning the chain among the transmission sprockets. The drive sprocket member is supported at the main drive shaft in the rotary center line direction, in such a way that the chain is applied to both sprocket members in parallel with a plane crossing at a right angle with the rotary center line of the main drive shaft.
