A wiring module is attached to a plurality of power storage elements, and includes: a flexible printed circuit board; and a protector holding the flexible printed circuit board, wherein the flexible printed circuit board includes a base film, a plurality of conduction paths that are disposed on a surface of the base film, and a connector that has an opposing surface opposing the surface of the base film and that is connected to the plurality of conduction paths, the plurality of conduction paths and electrode terminals of the plurality of power storage elements are electrically connected, the connector includes connection portions that are connected to the plurality of conduction paths, and at least some of the plurality of conduction paths are routed from the connection portions through a space between the surface of the base film and the opposing surface of the connector.

Wiring module

A connection module according to the present disclosure is a connection moduleattached to a power storage element groupin which a plurality of power storage elements, each having an electrode terminal, are arranged, and includes a connection member, an insulation protector, a wire, and a terminal. The connection member is connected to the electrode terminals. The insulation protectoris assembled with the power storage element groupin a state where the connection member and the wire are accommodated therein. The terminal is capable of being connected to the connection member in a state in which the terminal is connected to an end of the wire. The insulation protectorincludes a terminal holding part. The terminal holding partremovably holds the terminal in a state before the terminal is connected to the connection member.

Connection module

A wiring module is attached to an electricity storage element group including a plurality of electricity storage elements aligned. The wiring module includes: a plurality of busbars connected to electrodes of the plurality of electricity storage elements; and an insulating protector that is insulating, holds the plurality of busbars, and is attached to a case containing the electricity storage element group. The insulating protector has a positioning portion engaging with the case.

A wiring module is to be attached to a battery cell stacked body in which a plurality of battery cells having an electrode terminal and being elongated in a front-rear direction are arranged in a horizontal direction, and is electrically connected to the battery cells, the wiring module including: a bus bar that is connected to the electrode lead; an FPC that is connected to the bus bar and extends in the front-rear direction; and a protector that holds the bus bar and the FPC, wherein the FPC includes: a plurality of extension parts that extend in the front-rear direction; an intersection part that extends in the horizontal direction; and a bending part, the extension parts are respectively coupled to two end portions of the intersection part in the horizontal direction, one of the extension parts includes the bending part in the vicinity of the intersection part.

A connection module includes a busbar holding module, and an external connection busbar holding portion that is disposed on the busbar holding module. The busbar holding module includes an insulating protector configured to hold a plurality of busbars. The external connection busbar holding portion includes a first external connection busbar having an elongated shape, a second external connection busbar to which an external connection component is to be bolted, and an external connection busbar protector. The insulating protector includes a first engaging portion configured to be engaged with the external connection busbar protector, and the external connection busbar protector includes a first engaged portion configured to be engaged with the first engaging portion.

Erroneous identification of parts is prevented. A connection module disclosed in the present specification is a connection module that is to be attached to an electricity storage element group in which a plurality of electricity storage elements each including positive and negative electrode terminals are arranged. The connection module includes: a plurality of busbars configured to connect the electrode terminals of the adjacent electricity storage elements to each other; and an insulating protector configured to be fixed to the electricity storage element group in a state in which the insulating protector holds the plurality of busbars, wherein the insulating protector is formed by a first protector and a second protector that is separate from the first protector, the first protector is provided with a first identifier, and the second protector is provided with a second identifier that is different from the first identifier.

Connection module and electricity storage module

Provided is a connection module that can prevent a detection wire from coming away from a branch line path that is formed as a narrow path with a simple configuration. A connection module includes: a busbar configured to connect electrode terminals of adjacent electricity storage elements to each other; an insulating protector configured to hold the busbar in an insulated manner; and a detection wire that is to be connected to the busbar. The insulating protector includes a main line path, and a branch line path that branches from the main line path, has a width narrower than the width of the main line path, and in which the detection wireis to be routed. The branch line path includes a pair of opposing path walls, and an elastic retaining piece that is formed on at least one path wall of the pair of path walls.

A connection module to be attached to a power storage element group having a plurality of power storage elements includes a plurality of bus bars each connecting electrode terminals of adjacent power storage elements, a wire bundle that is a bundle of wires for transmitting information, and an insulating protector that holds the plurality of bus bars. The insulating protector includes a protector body that insulates the bus bars from each other and a wire fixing portion provided at a position of the protector body at which the wires are drawn out, and the wire fixing portion includes an extension portion to which the wire bundle is to be fixed and that extends from an end portion of the protector body in a direction in which the wire bundle is drawn out, and a reinforcing portion that is continuous with the extension portion and the protector body.

A wiring module having a second protector is provided with a rear-side first latching portion and a front-side first latching portion that are elastically deformable. A cover is provided with a rear-side restraining portion and a front-side restraining portion. The rear-side restraining portion is disposed within a deflection space for the rear-side first latching portion, and restrains elastic deformation of the rear-side first latching portion. The front-side restraining portion is disposed within a deflection space for the front-side first latching portion, and restrains elastic deformation of the front-side first latching portion.

Wiring module for attachment to a power storage module

A bus bar includes a metal plate material. A plate face of the metal plate material includes a recessed portion. An inner wall of the recessed portion includes a first light-receiving face that is inclined relative to the plate face so as to receive a laser light beam Lextending in a direction perpendicular to the plate face, and a second light-receiving face for receiving the laser light beam Lthat has reflected off the first light-receiving face.

Bus bar and power storage module

A power storage module includes: multiple power storage elements that each include a pair of electrode terminals and an electrode arrangement surface; and a battery connection module that is mounted on the multiple power storage elements. The battery connection module includes an insulating protector that is provided in correspondence with a predetermined number of power storage elements. The insulating protector includes: a first position portion that engages with a first positioned portion provided between the pair of electrode terminals on the electrode arrangement surface of one power storage element; and a second positioning portion that engages with the second positioned portion provided in the periphery of at least one of the pair of electrode portions on the electrode arrangement surface of the one electrode terminal or on the electrode arrangement surface of the one other electrode terminal.

A wiring module comprising: a detection wire that has a core wire and an insulating coating covering the core wire and that detects a state of a power storage element, a bus bar, and a wire connection portion formed on the end portion of the bus bar and to which the end portion of the detection wire is connected. The wire connection portion includes a core wire connection portion to which the core wire of the detection wire is connected. The core wire connection portion includes a first core wire connection portion for drawing out the detection wire in one direction and a second core wire connection portion for drawing out the detection wire in another direction that is different from the one direction.

Provided is a wiring module with which there is no risk that a connector will interfere with other components in a state in which the connector is not connected to an external device. A wiring module to be attached to a power storage element group in which a plurality of power storage elements are lined up includes a bus bar for electrically connecting the plurality of power storage elements together, an insulating protector that accommodates the bus bar and is to be mounted onto the power storage element group, a wire that extends from the bus bar to the outside of the insulating protector, a connector that is provided at an extending end portion of the wire, the extending end portion extending from the insulating protector, and a connector holder that is provided in the insulating protector and detachably holds the connector.

An external connection bus bar holding module includes: a first external connection bus bar, a second external connection bus bar, a first protector portion that holds a first electrode connection portion of the first external connection bus bar, a second protector portion that is arranged at an interval from the first protector portion and holds the first external connection portion of the first external connection bus bar, and an intermediate protector portion. The intermediate protector portion is located between the first protector portion and the second protector portion and holds an intermediate portion of the first external connection bus bar between the first protector portion and the second protector portion.

External connection bus bar holding module and battery connection module

A power storage module has a plurality of power storage elements whose electrode terminals, which include a positive electrode and a negative electrode, are arranged on an electrode arrangement surface, and a connection module that is mounted to the electrode arrangement surface of the plurality of power storage elements. The connection module has an insulating protector holding a bus bar, which connects adjacent electrode terminals of the plurality of power storage elements. The insulating protector has a front wall and a rear wall that intersect a virtual plane that is parallel to the electrode arrangement surface. The front wall and the rear wall are respectively provided with protruding portions, and the protruding portions that are respectively provided on the front wall and the rear wall engage with a plurality of extending portions that are provided on the electrode arrangement surface of the plurality of power storage elements.
