A body of a power feed control device includes a housing recess to house a module including a holder, the first sub-bus bar, the second sub-bus bar, the third sub-bus bar, and a zero-phase-sequence current transformer. Lengths of respective extended pieces of the first sub-bus bar, the second sub-bus bar, and the third sub-bus bar are different from each other. The holder includes a rod portion, a post portion, and an extended portion. The extended portion covers the respective extended pieces of the first sub-bus bar, the second sub-bus bar, and the third sub-bus bar.

Power feed control device

An excitation unit applies, to an excitation coil, an excitation voltage with a voltage level alternately changing between a first high voltage value higher than a reference voltage value and a first low voltage value lower than the reference voltage value. The excitation unit includes a comparison circuit and a voltage switching circuit. The comparison circuit outputs a comparison signal having a voltage level switching between a high level and a low level depending on whether a detection voltage is greater than, or equal to or less than, a threshold voltage. The voltage switching circuit switches the voltage level of the excitation voltage between the first high voltage value and the first low voltage value according to the voltage level of the comparison signal.

Direct-current electricity leakage detection device and electricity leakage detection device

A first decision unit of an AC leakage detection section outputs a first output signal with a signal level depending on the level of a corrected first voltage signal output from a correction unit relative to a first threshold value. An excitation unit of a DC leakage detection section applies, to an excitation coil, an excitation voltage having an excitation frequency. A DC component detection unit outputs a second voltage signal representing magnitude of a DC component of the voltage obtained by a current-detecting resistor. A second decision unit outputs a second output signal having a voltage level depending on the level of the second voltage signal relative to a second threshold value. The DC leakage detection section includes a low-pass filter provided between an input terminal electrically connected to a connection point between the excitation coil and the current-detecting resistor and the excitation coil.

Electric leakage detector

A magnetic core is electromagnetically coupled to two conductors that allow an AC current to flow through. An exciter is configured to supply a winding with an excitation current that is an alternating current. A current detector is configured to detect a current flowing through the winding. A DC component detector is configured to detect a DC component level from the current detected with the current detector. Two contact elements are respectively disposed along the two conductors. A discrimination controller is configured to: turn the two contact elements on when the DC component level detected with the DC component detector is less than or equal to a threshold; turn the two contact elements off when the DC component level detected with the DC component detector is greater than the threshold; and turn the two contact elements off in de-energized condition.

Shutoff device

The electric leakage protection device (feed control device includes an electric leakage detector, an electric leakage protector, and a self leakage generator. The electric leakage detector outputs an electric leakage detection signal when a current leaked from a main circuit exceeds a threshold value. The electric leakage protector opens a contact device interposed in the main circuit when receiving the electric leakage detection signal. The self leakage generator includes; a first short circuit having a first electric resistance component and a first switch component electrically connected in series with each other, and a second short circuit having a second electric resistance component and a second switch component electrically connected in series with each other. The first short circuit and the second short circuit are electrically connected in parallel with each other with regard to a pair of power supply paths constituting the main circuit.

Electric leakage protection device and feed control device

A signal generation circuit () generates a pilot signal for communication between a vehicle equipped with a battery device, and a charging cable. The circuit () includes a circuit (A) includes an operational amplifier (OP) for outputting the pilot signal, a first input unit () for supplying a non-inverted input terminal of the amplifier (OP) with a first or second signal, a second input unit () for supplying an inverted input terminal of the amplifier (OP) with a first or second voltage, and a control unit () for controlling each output of the first and second input units (). Each of the first signal and the first voltage is a zero voltage. The circuit (A) is configured so that the amplifier (OP) outputs a zero voltage if the first signal is supplied to the non-inverted input terminal and the first voltage is supplied to the inverted input terminal.

Signal generation circuit

The power supply control device in accordance with the present invention includes: a power reception terminal for receiving power; a power supply terminal for supplying power; a relay configured to make and break an electrical connection between the power reception terminal and the power supply terminal; a control circuit configured to control the relay; a power supply circuit configured to supply power to the control circuit by use of power received via the power reception terminal; and a printed wiring board. The control circuit and the power supply circuit are mounted on the printed wiring board.

Power supply control device

A power feeding control apparatus includes a housing for accommodating at least a relay unit which opens and closes power feeding lines, a control circuit for controlling the relay unit, a leakage current detection circuit for detecting leakage current in the electric vehicle and a power supply circuit for generating a control electric power. The apparatus further includes a power source side connector and a vehicle side connector. The leakage current detection circuit includes a zero current transformer through which the power feeding lines extend and is configured to detect leakage current based on unbalanced currents flowing through the power feeding lines. Lead plates constitute a part of the power feeding lines and pass through a central opening of the zero current transformer, and the zero current transformer includes a positioning member molded within the central opening to fix the positions of the lead plates.

Power feeding control apparatus

A feed control device includes a contact device, an output detector, a contact weld sensor, and an alarm device. The output detector is configured to detect the presence of power feeding into the side of an electrically-powered car from an external power supply. The contact weld sensor is configured to sense that the contact device is welded based on a detection result of the output detector if detecting the presence of power feeding from the external power supply to a feed line for the contact device when a state signal representing charge permission is not entered. The alarm device is configured, if the contact weld sensor senses that the contact device is welded, to indicate the occurrence of weld to the outside.

A power feeding control apparatus includes a housing for accommodating at least a relay unit arranged on power feeding lines to open and close the power feeding lines, a control circuit for controlling the relay unit, a leakage current detection circuit for detecting leakage current in an electric vehicle and a power supply circuit for generating a control electric power. The apparatus further includes a power source side connector removably connected to a socket of an external power source, a vehicle side connector removably connected to a power receiving connector of the electric vehicle and a first and a second board that the power supply circuit and the control circuit are mounted, respectively. A power feeding line block provided separately from the first and the second board and having metal plates constituting the power feeding lines. The metal plates are insertion-molded in the power feeding line block.

An electricity feeding control device is provided with an air hole () which is formed by penetrating a part of a peripheral wall of a body () constituting a part of a housing case (). The housing case () is provided in its inside with an inner pressure adjusting sheet (), formed with a breathable and waterproof member, and arranged so as to cover the air hole () from the inside of the housing case (). The air hole () comprises a long recess () formed in an outer surface of the body (), a communicating hole () consecutively formed in one end of a longi-tudinal direction of the recess () and communicated with an inner surface of the body (), and a shielding plate () attached in the outer surface of the body () so as to cover a region other than the other end of the longitudinal direction of the recess (), in a region of an opening section () of the recess (). That is, a channel of the air hole (), led from the inside to the outside of the housing case (), is formed into a nonlinear shape.

Electricity feeding control device

A branch wire Lfrom the voltage detection circuitis inserted in the zero-phase-sequence current transformer ZCT in the direction from the load side to the external power supply side. For this configuration, the zero-phase-sequence current transformer ZCT is to detect unbalance of the sum of current flowing in the first and second conductive wires L, Land the current flowing in the branch wire L. Therefore, the present invention can accurately detect occurrence of electrical leakage.
