A composite material molding method is provided for forming a composite material. The molding includes disposing carbon fiber in a cavity inside an openable and closable mold, injecting resin into the cavity in a state in which a clamping pressure is exerted on the mold and curing the resin. When a threshold value of the pressure inside the cavity is set to a pressure that is lower than the clamping pressure and the resin is injected into the cavity while exerting an injection pressure that is equal to or greater than the clamping pressure on the resin until the pressure inside the cavity reaches the threshold value. Then, after the pressure inside the cavity has reached the threshold value, the inside of the cavity is suctioned.

Composite-material molding method and molding device

There is disclosed a silver halide photographic material for a medical care which provides a good silver color tone in a laser exposures a high sensitivity and an excellent rapid processing performance. The silver halide photographic material for a medical care comprises (A) a transparent support having the thickness of 150 .mu.m or more, and (B) a silver halide emulsion layer provided on the trasparent support, wherein silver halide grains in the silver halide emulsion layer, which contain those having a (100) face/(111) face ratio of 5 or more and those having a silver bromide-localized phase on the surface thereof, have an average grain size of not larger than 0.4 .mu.m in terms of a projected area circle-corresponding diameter, a silver chloride content of at least 90 mole %, and an iron compound of 10.sup.-5 mole or more per mole of silver halide.

Silver halide photographic material for medical care and an image

A silver halide photographic material for laser exposure comprising at least one silver halide emulsion layer on a support, wherein said support or photographic constituent layers of said material contain an antihalation dye which exhibits a spectral absorption density of 0.4 or more before development with respect to the wavelength corresponding to the laser used and a spectral absorption density of 0.2 or more after development when the fluctuations of the average visual density excluding the support density and emulsion fog density are 0.02 or less.

Silver halide photographic material for laser exposure

A silver halide photographic material comprising a hydrophilic colloidal layer structure including at least two silver halide emulsion layers provided on at least one common side of a transparent support, wherein the average content of iridium compound per unit mol of silver in the silver halide emulsion layer on the side nearer to the support is greater than that of the silver halide emulsion layer located further from the support, and, characterized by at least one of (1) when exposed to laser light having a wavelength of 600 to 850 nm, the maximum value of .gamma. on the characteristic curve of optical density versus exposure (logarithm) is not more than 3.2; or (2) the average grain size of the grains in the silver halide emulsion layer located further from the support is greater than that of the grains in the silver halide emulsion layer located nearer to the support. Further, a process for the processing of a silver halide photographic material is provided, characterized in that the silver halide photographic material as defined above is used wherein the total coated amount of gelatin and silver on the side of the support having the silver halide layers are 3.5 g/m.sup.2 or less and 2.7 g/m.sup.2 or less, respectively, is conveyed at a line speed of 1,500 mm/min and all steps of development, fixing, rinse and drying are completed within 60 seconds in a roller type automatic processor.

Silver halide photographic material

A silver halide photographic material is described including a support having thereon an emulsion layer and a protective layer in this order, wherein gelatin is contained in the protective layer in an amount of at least 1.5 g/m.sup.2, gelatin is contained in the emulsion layer in an amount of at least 1.0 g/m.sup.2, and the the coated amount of gelatin in the protective layer and the emulsion layer is a total of at most 3.5 g/m.sup.2.

For formation of a photographic image by development of a silver halide photographic material with an automatic developing machine, a certain period of time or not longer than 15 seconds is set as the time of the development step and a silver halide photographic material is used which, when developed for a period of one-half of said certain period of time after such an exposure that the exposed silver halide photographic material, when developed for said certain period of time, would give a value of (Dmax-fog).times.1/2, gives a value of (D-fog) having 70% or more of the value of (Dmax-fog).times.1/2. The silver halide photographic material comprises at least one of a combination of (1), (2) and (3) or (2) and (4): where: (1) represents a silver halide emulsion containing a water-soluble iridium salt; (2) represents a silver halide emulsion layer with a silver amount from 1 to 3.5 grams/m.sup.2 coated on one surface of said emulsion layer; (3) represents silver halide grains wherein the mean grain size is 1.0 .mu. or less; and (4) represents tabular silver halide grains having an aspect ratio of 4 or more. By the rapid development procedure, a sharp image with no development unevenness (drag streaks) can be obtained and the automatic developing machine to be used may be made small-sized and compact.

Method of formation of photographic images

A method for processing a silver halide photographic material for infrared laser scanner is described, comprising developing the silver halide photographic material which comprises a support having thereon at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer including at least one silver halide emulsion layer with an automatic developing machine, wherein the silver halide emulsion layer contains silver chloroiodobromide grains having a silver iodide content of 0 to 2 mol% and a silver chloride content of 0 to 30 mol%, the hydrophilic colloidal layer has a swelling percentage of 200% or less, and as a developing solution for the development step in the automatic developing machine, a single developing solution containing a 3-pyrazolidone developing agent represented by formula (I) is used therein: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.0 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group, with the proviso that when R.sub.0 represents an unsubstituted phenyl group, at least one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group.

A silver halide photosensitive material is described, comprising two or more monodisperse silver halide emulsions of different average grain size on a support, wherein at least one of the said monodisperse silver halide emulsions has an average grain size of at least 0.7 .mu.m, and at least one of the silver halide emulsions has a smaller average grain size than the other, the average grain size of the silver halide emulsion as a whole being within the range of from 0.33 to 0.54 .mu.m, with a coated silver weight of from 2.3 to 3.8 g/m.sup.2, and which contains a sensitizing dye represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein Z and Z.sub.1 each represents a group of non-metallic atoms forming a thiazole nucleus, a benzothiazole nucleus, or a benzoxazole nucleus; R.sub.0 represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an allyl group, or an aralkyl group; R and R.sub.1 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; L, L.sub.1, and L.sub.2 each represents a methine group; X represents an anion; and m represents 0 or 1, and an internal salt is formed when m is 0.

In a multilayer color photographic material essentially comprising a support having coated thereon, in succession, a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, with an optional yellow filter layer and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, by disposing a non-sensitive auxiliary layer containing a non-diffusible colored coupling compound which releases a diffusible dye at color development capable of being removed from the photographic layer at development, an effective masking can be applied to the side absorption of cyan dye image without reducing the sensitivity of the red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer during storage before or after exposure.
