According to a film removing device, a film-coated resin molded material having a film coated on one surface of a matrix resin is flattened by a flattening roll in a heating chamber. Further, the film-coated resin molded material is fed between a peeling roll and a feeding roll of roll type rolling means for rolling and stretching. The velocity of a peeling surface of the peeling roll is made relatively higher than the velocity of a feeding surface of the feeding roll, whereby a difference in elongation between the matrix resin and the film, and a shearing force are produced to peel the film. An applicator type supply device supplies a liquid as frictional force reducing means (e.g. water) to the peeling surface and the feeding surface. Thus, a frictional force is reduced, and stretching accompanying rolling fully works. Consequently, the film becomes easy to fracture and peel, and its peeling can be performed effectively.

Film removing device for resin molded material

A method of removing a paint film formed on the surface of a resin material, and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. The method comprises heating the resin material having the paint film formed on the surface thereof to deform the resin material, and peeling the paint film from the resin material, and the apparatus comprises a heating means for heating the resin material having the paint film formed on the surface thereof, and a deformation means for deforming the heated resin material and peeling the paint film from the resin material. The method and the apparatus enable one to remove the paint film formed on the surface of the resin material uniformly without deterioration of the resin material and contamination with foreign materials of the resin material even in a resin material having any shape.

Method of removing paint film on resin surface and apparatus therefor

A method for manufacturing a honeycomb deodorizing filter including ceramic fibrous paper supporting cuprous oxide or both cuprous oxide and solid acid includes the steps of: soaking ceramic fibrous paper in a slurry; drying the soaked paper; and forming the dried paper into a honeycomb filter. The slurry includes a mixture of a reductant-added water solution with either (i) the cuprous oxide and binder, or (ii) cuprous oxide, solid acid and binder. Alternately, the fibrous paper and binder may first be formed into a honeycomb filter and then soaked in the slurry.

A deodorizing filter which is composed of a honeycomb structure of ceramic fibrous paper supporting cuprous oxide or both cuprous oxide and solid acid; and a method for manufacturing the deodorizing filter wherein the ceramic fibrous paper is soaked in the slurry of the mixture of reductant-added water solution with the cuprous oxide and binder or with the cuprous oxide, solid acid and binder and is dried; and then the ceremic fibrous paper is formed into the honeycomb-type filter; or the ceramic fibrous paper with the binder added is formed first into the honeycomb-type filter and then is soaked in the slurry of the mixture of reductant-added water solution with the cuprous oxide and binder or with the cuprous oxide, solid acid and binder and finally is dried to make the deodorizing filter.

A coating composition for use in a hydrophilic treatment comprising (A) an organic-inorganic composite reaction product prepared by a process which comprises reacting 100 parts by weight, as the solid content, of (i) a water-dispersible silica with 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of (ii) a polymerizable vinylsilane monomer containing hydrolyzable alkoxysilane group to form an aqueous polymerizable vinyl group-containing silica dispersion and then reacting the aqueous polymerizable vinyl group-containing silica dispersion with (iii) a mixture of polymerizable unsaturated monomers other than the above (ii); (B) a curing agent and (C) a hydroxyl group-containing polyester resin, the ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) being in the range of 99 to 50:1 to 50 as the solid content weight ratio, and the amount of the component (C) being in the range of 5 to 60% by weight based on the solid content in the composition comprising the component (A), (B) and (C); a hydrophilic-treating method; and hydrophilically treated heat exchanger fins.
