A board mount connector includes: a housing having a press-fitting hole; and a terminal press-fitted into the press-fitting hole. The terminal includes: a first terminal portion including a first contact portion contacting and conductively connected to the counterpart terminal when the first contact portion is connected to the counterpart terminal, and a press-fitting portion that is press-fitted into the press-fitting hole; and a second terminal portion including a bent portion extending from the first terminal portion and bent around a bending axis along an axis line of the first terminal portion, and a second contact portion located at a position offset from the first contact portion in an intersecting direction intersecting the axis line of the first terminal portion and conductively connected to the conductor pattern when the boar mount connector is mounted on the circuit board.

A connector includes: a terminal fitting having a terminal part and a conductor connecting part; a housing in which the terminal fitting is housed; and a conductive component that is molded as a laminate body including an electrical conductor and an electrical insulator and having a through-hole, and causes the electrical conductor to be physically and electrically connected to the conductor connecting part inserted into the through-hole when the electrical conductor is soldered to the conductor connecting part. The conductor connecting part is formed in a tubular part with two ends butted each other in a contact state so that end faces that are the non-plated surfaces of the two ends do not appear on the surface, and the entire outer wall surface of the tubular part is a plating layer.

A connector includes: a terminal fitting; a housing including a smooth terminal lead-out area where a terminal outlet for projecting a conductor connection part of the terminal fitting on the inner side toward an outer side is provided; a conductive component shaped in a sheet-like form with a conductor and an insulator exhibiting flexibility, the conductive component including a conductor connection area that physically and electrically connects the conductor to the conductor connection part, and a conductor lead-out area led out from the conductor connection area toward a lead-out direction projecting from the housing; and a reinforcing plate shaped in a planar shape with an insulating material, the reinforcing plate being sandwiched between the conductor connection area and the terminal lead-out area. The housing includes a protruded body protruded toward the conductor lead-out area side of the conductive component than a same plane with the terminal lead-out area.

Connector

In a connector, a main locking structure and an auxiliary locking structure are provided between a housing and a cover for maintaining the housing and the cover in a completely assembled state by locking the move of the cover in the connector removal direction with respect to the housing. The main locking structure includes: a first main locking body provided to a first housing sidewall and a second housing sidewall; and a second main locking body provided to a first cover sidewall and a second cover sidewall and engaged with the first main locking body. The auxiliary locking structure includes: a first auxiliary locking body provided to the first housing sidewall and the second housing sidewall; and a second auxiliary locking body provided to the first cover sidewall and the second cover sidewall on a second opening side than the second main locking body is.

A connector includes a terminal clasp, a flexible flat conductive component, a housing in which an electrical connection part of the terminal clasp protrudes out of an opening of a storage room, and a cover that covers the electrical connection part from outside together with at least part of the housing. The flexible flat conductive component includes an electrical connection region in which the electrical connection part is connected with a conductor, a peripheral region enclosing the electrical connection region, an extension region extending out of the housing and the cover connected with each other, and at least two fitting holes provided on the extension region side in the peripheral region.

A connector includes a housing in which a terminal fitting is stored, and a cover. A guiding structure configured to guide the housing and the cover in a connection direction, and a holding structure configured to hold the housing and the cover at a connection completed position are provided between the housing and the cover. The guiding structure includes a wedge guiding protrusion provided to the cover, and a wedge guiding groove provided to the housing. The wedge guiding protrusion and the wedge guiding groove are formed to have a gap between a protrusion-side wall surface and a groove-side wall surface disposed opposite to each other in each of two pairs. The holding structure includes a press-fit protrusion being configured to hold the wedge guiding protrusion and the wedge guiding groove in a press-fitted state when the housing and the cover are at the connection completed position.

A connector includes: a housing; and a cover. The housing includes a lock body that is lockable to a counterpart lock body so that fitting connection with the counterpart housing is not canceled, and a lock cancellation arm that deforms with application of lock cancellation force to a point-of-effort part and cancels a state in which the lock body is lockable to the counterpart lock body. The cover includes a second wall that covers the housing up to the position of the point-of-effort part in the fitting connection direction, an exposure part formed at the wall to expose the point-of-effort part, and a lock cancellation operation body that includes an operation part capable of receiving a press movement operation, blocks the exposure part to an extent that deformation along with the press movement operation is possible, and applies the lock cancellation force to the point-of-effort part through the deformation.

In a terminal accommodating chamber provided in a housing of a connector, a terminal to which an electric wire is connected is accommodated. The terminal is held by the engagement between a locking face of a lance molded in a terminal accommodating chamber and a locking target face provided in a box portion of the terminal. The locking target face is provided in a front ceiling plate molded by notching a ceiling plate of the box portion in a width direction to reach a facing plate outer face. The locking face and the locking target face are engaged with each other within a range wider than a facing plate inner face width of the facing plate.

A board-mounting connector includes a cylindrical terminal and a housing holding the cylindrical terminal. The cylindrical terminal includes a cylindrical portion in contact with a mating terminal, a contact portion extending in a direction intersecting a fitting direction so as to be connected to a circuit board, and an intermediate portion supported by the housing between the cylindrical portion and the contact portion. The cylindrical portion includes a slit defined, by bending a plate-shaped conductor into a cylindrical shape and abutting one edge portion thereof against another edge portion thereof, between the one edge portion and the other edge portion. Further, the slit is formed such that a slit tip end portion located on a mating terminal side of the cylindrical portion and a slit base end portion located on an intermediate portion side thereof are located at offset positions in a peripheral direction of the cylindrical portion.

A connector includes a terminal including an electric contact portion having a lock end edge at a rear end thereof in an insertion direction and a wire connection portion having a core wire caulked portion; a housing having an insertion opening on a rear end surface thereof and a terminal accommodation chamber to accommodate the terminal inserted from the insertion opening; a flexible lock piece integrally formed with the housing and having a lock surface locking the lock end edge of the terminal inserted into the terminal accommodation chamber; an inclined surface formed on the flexible lock piece, pressed by the terminal during insertion, and moving the lock surface in an unlocking direction; and a recessed clearance portion formed on the inclined surface and having a bottom surface located farther from the core wire caulked portion of the insertion-completed terminal and the vicinity thereof than the inclined surface.

A terminal includes a box, the box of the terminal connected to an electric wire includes a ceiling plate and an inner plate. The ceiling plate includes a front ceiling plate and a rear ceiling plate formed by a notch. The rear ceiling plate includes a projection part engagement surface provided by the forming of the notch. In a state where the ceiling plate and the inner plate are superimposed, the projection part and the projection part engagement surface are engaged with each other.

Terminal and connector

A connector includes a housing provided with a terminal chamber, a terminal accommodated in the terminal chamber and having a terminal-connecting portion and a wire-connecting portion, and a locking lance flexibly provided in the terminal chamber and having a locking portion. A plate portion is provided in the terminal-connecting portion. A hole portion is provided in the plate portion. An engagement surface to be engaged with the locking portion is provided on an edge portion of the hole portion. Chamfered portions are provided at edges of the hole portion on both sides of the engagement surface, and are inclined toward an inside of the hole portion. Supplemental engagement surfaces to be engaged with the locking portion in a detachment direction of the terminal from the terminal chamber are provided at parts of the engagement surface where the chamfered portions are located.

A connector, for being joined to a mating connector, includes a housing. The housing includes a housing main body and a lock arm with an engagement protrusion. The housing main body is formed with a terminal accommodation chamber configured to accommodate a terminal and extending along a joining direction in which the connector is joined to the mating connector. The lock arm extends from a front end side of the housing main body to a rear end side of the housing main body along the joining direction. The lock arm is connected integrally with the front end side of the housing main body. The housing main body is formed with a through hole which extends along the joining direction and is disposed at a connecting part of the housing main body where the lock arm is connected to the housing main body.
