Provided is a remote work-support system including a first display device to be worn on a first user working at a work site, a surrounding imaging device disposed on the work site, and an information processing device provided at a predetermined spot, configured to be communicable with the first display device and the surrounding imaging device, and operated by a second user. The first display device includes a first communication unit transmitting first image data to the information processing device. The surrounding imaging device includes a second communication unit transmitting second image data to the information processing device. The information processing device includes second display devices displaying the first and second image data, an operation unit through which data is input, and a third communication unit transmitting data input by the second user through the operation unit to the first display device.

An optical information recording/reproducing apparatus for recording an interference pattern between signal light and reference light information-multiplexed as a hologram in an optical information recording medium and for reproducing information recorded in the optical information recording medium on the basis of the recorded hologram with use of the reference light. The apparatus includes a light source for emitting light and a coherency controller for controlling a coherency of the light source. The apparatus controls the coherency controller in such a manner as to switch between a coherency required in a recording mode and a coherency required in a reproducing mode.

In order to ensure recording quality while suppressing the adverse effects due to performance variations among apparatuses and disc radial positions on an optical disc, an optical disc apparatus according to the present invention performs, at the time of data recording, the steps of: acquiring a jitter value and &#x3b2; value from a reproduced signal based on laser light reflected from the optical disc in relation to a disc radial position; learning a &#x3b2; value when the acquired jitter value is a minimum as a target &#x3b2; value; and, if a jitter value acquired thereafter is larger than the minimum jitter value by a preset reference value or above, correcting recording power based on the magnitude relation and the difference between the &#x3b2; value associated with the acquired jitter value and the target &#x3b2; value or performing trial record processing.

Optical disc apparatus and data recording method thereof

There is provided an information recording and reproducing method and an apparatus for the same capable of optimizing the shift adjustment of a recording pulse recorded in an optical disk even at the time of recording information on the optical disk at a high speed. The shift adjustment value of the recording pulse optimized at a low speed recording on an optical disk is multiplied by a constant value to be taken as the optimum shift conditions of the recording pulse at the high speed recording.
