Provided is an endoscope holder capable of turning or swinging an endoscope inserted into a body with the endoscope fixed at a predetermined insertion position. An endoscope holder () includes a holder main body () having an insertion hole (), gripping members () and () configured to pinch an endoscope E inserted into the insertion hole (), first elastic members () and () configured to urge in a direction in which the gripping members () and () are separated from each other, a pressing member () configure to press the gripping member () toward the gripping member (), a switching mechanism () configured to hold or release a pressing state, rollers () provided in gripping members () and (), and a second elastic member () configured to swingably support the gripping member ().

Endoscope holder

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a cylindrical cap attached to an outer side of a distal-end section of an endoscope and having first and second radial directions intersecting each other; a treatment tool supported at an outer side of the cap in the first radial direction to be movable in the longitudinal direction; and a linear flexible coupling member coupling the treatment tool with the cap such that the grasper reaches a position where the grasper protrudes from a distal end of the cap. A swing section of the coupling member couples the cap with the treatment tool to allow relative movement in the second radial direction, and, in response to pressed forward in the longitudinal direction by the treatment tool, swings about a swing axis extending in the second radial direction while generating a tensile force and bending the treatment tool inward in the first radial direction.

Endoscope treatment tool and endoscope system

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an injectable sol into a body, suited for delivery through a catheter, and usable for tissue perforation closure, ulcer protection, or vascular embolization. Provided are a sol for tissue perforation closure, a sol for ulcer protection, and a sol for vascular embolization, each containing from 0.6 mass % to 3 mass % of a collagen, water, from 200 mM to 330 mM sodium chloride, and a buffer and having a pH from 6.0 to 9.0.

Object of the present invention is to provide a safe sol for submucosal local injection which gels and creates a mucosal elevation having a high retention rate of mucosal elevation height when locally injected into a digestive submucosa. Provided is a sol for submucosal local injection containing from 0.2 mass % to 1.2 mass % of a collagen, water, a buffer, and from 200 mM to 420 mM sodium chloride.

The present invention relates to a flex-knife that enables a technique such as tissue excision to be carried out more easily, and is provided with: a rod-shaped high frequency knife which is endoscopically inserted into a body cavity and is for performing cutting procedures; a wire, the high frequency knife connected to the front end thereof; a sheath consisting of an insulating material, into which the wire is inserted; a main body, the back end of the sheath being connected thereto; and a slider to which the back end of the wire is fixed and which is disposed to the main body to enable sliding in the axial direction; wherein the high frequency knife has a large diameter part at its distal end, the large diameter part having an outer diameter that is larger than the inner diameter of the sheath.

Endoscopic treatment tool

A high-frequency treatment instrument having a sheath; an elongated extension member; a narrow portion provided on an inner surface of the sheath; and a pressing member which allows the elongated extension member to advance and retract only in a part of the sheath. The elongated extension member is advanced to form a first treatment electrode extending along a central axial line of the sheath and the elongated extension member is further advanced to form a second treatment electrode which intersects with the central axial line of the sheath.

High-frequency treatment instrument

The endoscope treatment toolhas a distal end memberwhich is installed in an endoscope. A connection memberis attached to the distal end memberin a freely rotatable manner. In the connection member, a portion which is supported by a capof the distal end memberis a second pivot shaft. A portion penetrating a supporting memberof a treatment portionis a first pivot shaft. The first pivot shaftis also a rotational axis of a pair of forceps membersprovided in the treatment member. When the forceps membersare used, a coil sheathis extended by an operation at the side of the proximal end. The connection memberrotates about the second pivot shaft, which is a fulcrum, and the treatment portionmoves forward beyond the cap. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to resolve the difficulty of procedures by positioning the treatment portion in an appropriate location.

Endoscope treatment tool

An endoscopic instrument includes: a high-frequency knife for carrying out incisional intervention; a wire having a distal end connected to the high-frequency knife; an outer sheath for allowing the wire to pass therethrough; a main body having a proximal end of the sheath fixed thereto; a first slider, capable of freely sliding on the main body, having the wire fixed thereto; at least a stopper projecting radially outward relative to the wire; a first abutment member making contact with the stopper and regulating distal sliding movement of the wire; and a projection-length-adjusting member, provided in the outer sheath, for regulating proximal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper. This configuration allows the high-frequency knife to be maintained at different projection lengths based on the stopper making contact with the first abutment member and the stopper making contact with the projection-length-adjusting member.
