A circuit device that is connected to a temperature detection element that detects a temperature of an object via an external signal line and an external signal ground line includes a connector that is connected to the external signal line and the external signal ground line, an internal signal line that is connected to the external signal line via the connector, an internal signal ground line that is connected to the external signal ground line via the connector, a controlling circuit that is connected to the internal signal line and the internal signal ground line and detects the temperature of the object, and a high-frequency filter that is inserted into at least one of a foremost stage of the internal signal line and a foremost stage of the internal signal ground line as viewed from the connector.

Circuit device and temperature detection system

In a power storage system, a three-phase AC wire is connected to a three-phase AC power system. Power storage blocks, each of which includes a power storage module and a power conditioner, are connected in parallel to the three-phase AC wire. A system controller individually controls power storage blocks. The power storage modules each includes: a power storage unit; and a management unit that manages the power storage unit. The power conditioner includes a power converter and a controller. The power converter converts DC power discharged into single-phase AC power and outputs the converted AC power to two lines of the three-phase AC wire, or converts single-phase AC power received from the two lines of the three-phase AC wire into DC power and charges the power storage unit. The controller is connected to the system controller via a communication line and the management unit via a communication line.

Power storage system

A capacitor is connected between an output terminal of an impedance element and an electricity storage unit mounted in a vehicle, and the electricity storage unit is electrically insulated from a chassis of the vehicle. An earth fault determiner determines that an earth fault occurs, when a detection value based on a peak-to-peak value of a voltage at a node between the impedance element and the capacitor is less than or equal to a first reference value and more than or equal to a second reference value. The first reference value is set based on the peak-to-peak value of the voltage at the node when an insulation resistance between the electricity storage unit and the chassis of the vehicle is a minimum allowable value. The second reference value is set based on the peak-to-peak value of the voltage at the node when a complete earth fault occurs between the electricity storage unit and the chassis of the vehicle.

A battery warming circuit is a circuit installed in a vehicle provided with an inverter circuit, which is supplied with direct current electrical power from a secondary battery, and a 3-phase alternating current motor, and this circuit includes: a switch control unit, which has first and second terminals connected to control terminals of first and second switching elements, and controls turning the first and second switching elements on and off; an accumulation unit which has a third terminal connected to the other end of a specific coil, and accumulates back electromotive force generated in the specific coil by turning the second switching element on and off, with the first switching element being turned on; and a charging control unit which is provided between the positive electrode of the secondary battery and the accumulation unit, and supplies electrical power accumulated in the accumulation unit to the secondary battery.

Battery warming circuit and battery warming apparatus

The vehicular insulation resistance detection apparatus includes a cyclic signal generating unit that generates a cyclic signal, a first resistor that has one end to which the cyclic signal is applied, a first capacitor that has one end connected to the other end of the first resistor and the other end connected to a high-voltage circuit, a second capacitor that has one end connected to the other end of the first resistor, a second resistor that has one end connected to the other end of the second capacitor and the other end connected to a low-voltage ground that is a circuit ground of a low-voltage circuit, a series circuit that includes a diode and a third resistor connected in series, and is connected in parallel with the second capacitor, this diode having a forward direction coincident with a direction from the other end of the second capacitor to the one end of the second capacitor, a voltage detection unit that detects a voltage between the low-voltage ground and the other end of the second capacitor as a detection signal, and an insulation resistance detection unit that detects a resistance value of an insulation resistance based on an amplitude of the detection signal.

Vehicular insulation resistance detection apparatus

Provided is an energy management system which can increase the awareness of energy saving. The energy management system according to the present invention includes a home appliance A located in a home, an external portable terminal PT, and a center device SV connected to the home appliance A and portable terminal PT via internet NT. The home appliance A includes an energy management unitand a display control device CV. The center device SV stores for each home the electricity usage at a main breaker Bs and at branch breakers Bmn that is transmitted from the energy management unitof each home. In the center device SV, the ranking in terms of the electricity usage or a degree of a decrease of the electricity usage is made relative to other homes on the basis of the stored electricity usage. The ranking is made for each home and transmitted to the display control device CV of the corresponding home.

A secondary battery charge control method includes: a charge control step of executing charging by supplying a charge current to a secondary battery; a charge information acquisition step of acquiring information relating to the charging executed in the charge control step; a storage step of storing the information acquired in the charge information acquisition step as charge data; and a charge inhibition determination step of determining whether to inhibit the charging in the charge control step on the basis of the charge data of a previous cycle that have been stored in the storage step when charging in the charge control step is started again after charging in the charge control step has been completed.

Battery module and battery pack using the same

A voltage measurement apparatus is provided in which: among battery cells which make up a battery-cell group, a sampling switch electrically connects any one or more battery cells targeted for measurement to a capacitor so that the capacitor is charged by these battery cells; a measurement section acquires the voltage of the charged capacitor as a measurement voltage and corrects the measurement voltage so that the voltage error in the measurement voltage caused by the inter-terminal capacitance of the sampling switch can be narrowed; and an over-voltage prevention switch turns on immediately before the sampling switch is turned on and grounds the input terminal of the measurement section so that the measurement section can be protected from an over-voltage.

Voltage measurement apparatus and electrically-driven tool

There is a ground-fault resistance measurement circuit which measures a ground-fault resistance between a conductive frame body of electrical equipment and a charge section insulated from the frame body. This ground-fault resistance measurement circuit includes: a capacitor which is connected between the charge section and the frame body; a switch which opens and closes a connection path between the charge section and the capacitor; a charging unit which charges the capacitor to a predetermined voltage; a voltage measurement section which measures a charging voltage of the capacitor; a discharge control section which connects the capacitor and the charge section after the capacitor is charged, and discharges the capacitor; and a calculation section which calculates a resistance between the charge section and the frame body, based on a change in the charging voltage of the capacitor.

Ground-fault resistance measurement circuit and ground-fault detection circuit

A battery pack is provided which includes: a battery set having a plurality of secondary-battery cells connected in series and in parallel; and a battery-abnormality detection circuit. The battery-abnormality detection circuit controls a battery-set circuit separation switch, so as to detect an abnormality in each secondary-battery cell based on a change in the voltage of each cell when parallel-connection separation switches are turned off, and if detecting an abnormal secondary-battery cell, so as to separate the series module including this cell from a battery-set body.
