An air flow direction regulation device includes a plurality of fins turnably supported; an approximately cylindrical housing arranging an operation portion or a gear mechanism for allowing a direction of each of the fins to be regulated; and a case disposing the housing internally. The fin is turnably supported as support points by an outer pivot portion on a housing inner circumferential side and an inner pivot portion on a housing center axis line side, and includes a gear portion provided near the inner pivot portion. The gear mechanism includes a gear integrally rotating with the operation portion through a shaft to engage the gear portion of each fin. The housing includes a flexible shaft support member provided on a housing center axis line, and forming a connection portion fitting into the inner pivot portion of each fin, and a through hole inserting the shaft to pass through.

Air flow direction regulation device

A slide structure includes a slide rail and a slide lid. The slide rail includes guide wall portions disposed in a first direction orthogonal to a rail longitudinal direction. A first abutting portion is provided in a guide wall face, and a second abutting portion is provided at a position separated in the rail longitudinal direction relative to the first abutting portion, and separated in a second direction orthogonal to the rail longitudinal direction and the first direction. The slide lid can slide along the rail longitudinal direction between the guide wall portions. A first projecting portion abutting against a top portion of the first abutting portion is provided on one side in a sliding direction, and a second projecting portion abutting against a top portion of the second abutting portion in a state wherein the first projecting portion abuts against the first abutting portion is provided.

Slide structure

A push-up device includes a case, a rod juts out from inside the case so as to adopt an advanced position, a rod biasing member biases the rod in a jutting out direction pushing the rod out from inside the case, a lock mechanism that includes a slide cam that moves together with the rod in the jutting out direction and a rotation cam that is relatively rotatable with respect to the slide cam about the axis of the rod, with the lock mechanism positioned between the case and the rod, and locking the rod in a retracted position in the case by the rotation cam engaging with the slide cam and rotating due to the rod being pressed in against biasing force of the rod biasing member, and a rotation cam biasing member that biases the rotation cam toward the jutting out direction.

Push-up device

A cup holder includes a case main body defining a housing chamber; a lid member rotatably attached to the case main body between a closed position closing the opening portion and an open position opening the opening portion; a cup retaining member; and a parallel link mechanism connecting the case main body and the cup retaining member. A connecting mechanism connects the lid member and the cup retaining member so as to interconnect together so that the cup retaining member ascends to the ascent position from a descent position, and the cup retaining member descends from the ascent position to the descent position. Stopper abutting portions are provided in the cup retaining member and the lid member to control a downward movement of the cup retaining member.

Lid device opened at both sides and center console box

An electronic device mounting structure for fitting an ECU (electronic device) in an open space formed in a device mounting housing and for holding the ECU fitted in the open space by a holding finger formed on the device mounting housing, includes a stopper formed in the device mounting housing so as to be juxtaposed with the holding finger, the stopper being configured to prevent the ECU from falling out of the device mounting housing.

A cup holding device for a vehicle includes a base member having an opening; a lid member supported at a lower end side of the base member and rotatably shifted between a closed position where the lid member covers the base member and an open position in a using state where the lid member is tilted relative to the base member; and a holding member for holding a periphery of a cup and assembled between the base member and the lid member to be shifted between a vertical housed state at the closed position of the lid member and a horizontal using state at the open position of the lid member. The base member and the lid member have receiving portions for jointly receiving a bottom of a cup to be disposed at the same level at the open position of the lid member.

A withdrawal mechanism is structured such that a first guiding projection and a second guiding projection provided at a holder member are slidably inserted into a first guiding groove and a second guiding groove having an inclined portion formed on a housing. When the second guiding projection is guided at the inclined portion of the second guiding groove, the holder member is rotated around the first guiding projection by a predetermined angle. Thus, the holder member is drawn from a front opening of the housing in a state rotated by a predetermined angle.

Withdrawal mechanism and cup-holder unit using the same

A latch unit of the invention includes a casing having a holding chamber for holding a striker and a side chamber situated adjacent to the holding chamber, and a responding member housed in the side chamber. The holding chamber and the side chamber are partitioned by an elastic member projecting toward an introduction opening of the holding chamber for introducing the striker to be attached to the latch unit. The electric member is provided with an engaging projection for engaging the striker as the striker is inserted into the holding chamber. The side chamber is provided with an urging device for urging the responding member toward a base portion of the elastic member. An urging force of the urging device is set such that when an inertia force is applied to release an engagement of the elastic member and the striker to thereby extract the striker from the holding chamber, the responding member is allowed to move to a position for preventing the elastic member from being bent toward the side chamber. Thus, engagement of the latch and the striker is not released in case of emergency.

Board clamp

A board clamp including a head portion and a leg portion having a rigid axial stem and elastic engaging pieces arranged around the axial stem is adapted to secure various objects to a board or panel by inserting the leg portion into a fitting hole formed in the board. Since the leg portion is supported by the rigid axial stem, it is steadily inserted and retained in the fitting hole without being deformed or broken even when being inserted slantwise or subjected to a relatively large load.
