A deformation processing support system acquires target shape data of a work having a reference line; acquires intermediate shape data from the work in an intermediate shape having a reference line marked thereon; and overlaps the two data on each other by aligning the reference lines relative to each other, to calculate a necessary deformation amount of the work based on a difference between the two data overlapped on each other. To align the reference lines with each other, first and second alignment axes with the same length calculated for the respective reference lines are superimposed on each other. Subsequently, the intermediate shape data is relatively rotated with respect to the target shape data around the first alignment axis.

Deformation processing support system and deformation processing support method

A work support system includes a measurement apparatus measuring a state of each of multiple measurement points on an object surface of a workpiece, a projector apparatus, and an arithmetic apparatus creating a projection image of the projector apparatus based on a measurement result of the measurement apparatus. The arithmetic apparatus calculates a difference between a state measured by the measurement apparatus and a target state for each of the multiple measurement points, and creates the projection image such that a picture of a characteristic point representative of the difference at each of the multiple measurement points is projected by the projector apparatus at a position of a corresponding measurement point on the object surface of the workpiece.

Work support system and work support method

A deformation processing system acquires target shape data of a work including a reference line, acquires intermediate shape data from the work having an intermediate shape having a reference line drawn thereon, puts these two pieces of data side by side by positioning the reference lines relative to each other, and calculates a necessary deformation amount of the work based on the difference between the two pieces of data put side by side.

The system includes imaging unit which images a work space at a viewpoint position in a visual line direction of a worker together with an other component to which one component is to be installed, a position attitude information obtaining unit which obtains position attitude information which indicates relative position attitude relation between viewpoint of the worker and other component in the work space, a virtual image generating unit which generates virtual image of an actual shape of the one component at the viewpoint position in the visual line direction of the worker based on position attitude information, an image composing unit which generates composite image by superimposing virtual image on a real image in the work space imaged by the imaging unit, and display unit which displays composite image. According to the system, efficiency of component assembly work can be considerably improved by using mixed reality technology.

Component assembly work support system and component assembly method

The system includes imaging unit configured to image a work space at a viewpoint position in a visual line direction of a worker together with a workpiece, a position attitude information obtaining unit configured to obtain a position attitude information which indicates a relative position attitude relation between a viewpoint of the worker and the workpiece in the work space, a virtual image generating unit configured to generate a three-dimensional virtual image which indicates a completed shape of the workpiece in the viewpoint position and the visual line direction of the worker based on the position attitude information, an image composing unit configured to generate a composite image by superimposing the virtual image on a real image of the work space, and a display unit configured to display the composite image. According to the system, efficiency of workpiece machining work can be considerably improved by using the mixed reality technology.
