An insulating bobbin to be mounted on a stator core has a tooth-endface facing portion that faces an endface portion, in an axial direction, of the tooth portion and a tooth-side-surface facing portion that faces a tooth side surface portion, in a circumferential direction, of the tooth portion; the tooth-side-surface facing portion has a first abutting area that abuts on the tooth side surface portion, a second abutting area that abuts on the tooth side surface portion at a more outer side in a radial direction than the first abutting area abuts thereon, and a middle inner wall surface portion that is situated between the first abutting area and the second abutting area and faces the tooth side surface portion via a space.

The objective of the present disclosure is to realize downsizing of the bus-bar holder, and then to downsize an electric rotating machine apparatus and an electric power steering apparatus. A first terminal portion of a first terminal wire of one divisional coil, and a second terminal portion of a second terminal wire of another divisional coil, extend from the entrance side or the bottom side of a slot so as to be directed upward in the axial direction and arranged side by side in the radial direction of a stator on the upper side in the axial direction of a stator core. The end of the first terminal portion and the end of the second terminal portion are joined to each other by a joining part. At least one of the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion leading to the joining part has an engagement portion for positioning the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion with each other in the circumferential direction and the radial direction.

A stator coil is formed by: combining a first division coil which is a coil with two or more turns and disposed in slots and in which a first terminal end portion and a second terminal end portion are formed, a second division coil which is a coil with a number of winding turns decreased from that of the first division coil by 0.5 turns and disposed in the slots and in which a first terminal end portion is formed, and a joint coil which is a coil with one turn and disposed in the slots and in which a first terminal end portion and a second terminal end portion are formed so as to be extended to the outside; and selectively joining the terminal end portions of these coils.

Stator for rotary electric machine

In a related-art resolver, a front and a back of a stator core cannot be distinguished, and it is difficult to mass-produce the resolver while matching directions of shear drops and burrs. Thus, assembly accuracy of the resolver is degraded. Further, productivity and assembling ability are degraded because electromagnetic steel sheets are laminated by rotary lamination. The present invention provides a resolver including: a resolver stator including: a stator core formed of electromagnetic steel sheets, which have teeth, and are laminated without rotary lamination; a one-phase excitation winding; and two-phase output windings; and a resolver rotor arranged to be opposed to the resolver stator, in which the stator core has marks which enable distinction of a rolling direction of the stator core and distinction of a front and a back of the stator core.

A stator in which stator coils are formed by a plurality of unit coils arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the circumferential direction and each having: a first slot-accommodated portion; a second slot-accommodated portion; a first terminal wire extending from the first slot-accommodated portion; a second terminal wire extending from the second slot-accommodated portion and shifted from the first terminal wire by one line of a conductive wire; a terminal-side coil end portion; and first and second anti-terminal-side coil end portions, wherein the first terminal wire and the second terminal wire of the respective different unit coils are joined with each other.

An excitation winding is wound around each tooth of a detecting stator core. First output winding and second output winding are wound around mutually different teeth while avoiding winding of the output windings with the same phase around two teeth adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction. When the number of pole pairs of the excitation winding is M that is an integer equal to or greater than 1 and the number of salient poles of a detecting rotor is N that is an integer equal to or greater than 1, a spatial distribution of the number of turns in each of the first and second output winding is obtained by a function represented by a sine wave of a spatial order |M&#xb1;N|. An error spatial order &#x3b4; represented by |M&#x2212;|M&#xb1;N&#x2225; and an error spatial order &#x3b5; represented by |&#x3b4;&#x2212;M| are values other than 1 and 2.

A rotating electric machine including: a bracket holding a rotor and a stator of a motor; a heat sink provided fixedly to the bracket on an outside of the bracket; a resolver disposed between the heat sink and the motor; a stator circuit portion and a field circuit portion disposed to the heat sink on a side opposite to the resolver; and a control board supported on an insert case attached to the heat sink and electrically connected to the stator circuit portion and the field circuit portion. A resolver input-output terminal is electrically connected to the control board by passing through an insertion hole provided to the heat sink. The rotating electric machine configured in this manner is compact and inexpensive with an excellent heat-releasing performance and a capability of reducing man-hours required for assembly and components required for connection.
