Provided is a servo amplifier system performing a multi-axis control for multiple axes, in which the multiple axes includes a first axis group which an axis to be locked, at the time of power supply abnormality in the multi-axis control, belongs to, and a second axis group which an axis to be subjected to servo-off belongs to, the servo-off being made before the axis belonging to the first axis group is locked at the time of the power supply abnormality.

Servo amplifier system

A mounting machine management system in which a management server, a terminal device, and a mounting machine are connected via a communication network such that communication is possible. The management server is provided with an authorization ID transmitting device configured to transmit an authorization ID that allows operation required for adjustment of the mounting machine to the terminal device and the mounting machine. The mounting machine is provided with an authorization ID acquiring device configured to acquire the authorization ID that the terminal device received from the management server, and an operation permitting device configured to allow the operation required for adjustment of the mounting machine in a case in which the authorization ID acquired by the authorization ID acquiring device matches the authorization ID that the mounting machine received from the management server.

Component mounting device

In a control device which outputs control instructions at a constant cycle to each of a plurality of networks for executing a predetermined process according to the control instructions, a time (a required time) from when the control instruction is output to each of the plurality of networks until the predetermined process is executed is acquired for each of the plurality of networks. Among the plurality of required times, a difference (a shift time) between a short required time (required time of mounting head) and a long required time (required time of moving device) is calculated. When the shift time has elapsed after outputting the control instruction to the network of the moving device, the control instruction is output to the network of the mounting head.

Control device with constant cycle for a plurality of networks

A servo amplifier including an encoder for detecting rotation of a servomotor (), a servo amplifier () for performing feedback control of the rotation of the servomotor based on a count value (hereinafter referred to as an 'encoder value') of the encoder, and an amp control section () for controlling operation of the servo amplifier, wherein the amp control section sends an initialization instruction for initializing the encoder to the servo amplifier in a state of fixed cycle connection over a servo network between the servo amplifier and the encoder when an error occurs with the encoder. The servo amplifier performs initialization of the encoder without disconnecting the servo network when receiving the initialization instruction sent from the amp control section.

Servomotor drive device

A controller capable of transmitting and receiving an input signal from a drive circuit corresponding to a moving device, a mounting head, or the like of an electronic component mounting machine or an output signal to the drive circuit for each predetermined period (A/2), in which the controller computes an output signal based on an input signal which is received before the predetermined period, stores the output signal for a time greater than or equal to the predetermined period, and subsequently transmits the output signal to the drive circuit. It becomes possible to set a time (a delay time) from when an input signal is output until an output signal reaches a drive circuit to an arbitrary length by adjusting the storage time.
