An Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy is provided. The Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy includes: 5 mass % or larger and 10 mass % or smaller of Si; 0.2 mass % or larger and 1.0 mass% or smaller of Mg, 0.03 mass % or larger and 0.5 mass % or smaller of Sb; 0.0004 mass % or larger and 0.0026 mass % or smaller of Be; and a remainder having an alloy composition including Al and unavoidable impurities. In L*a*b* color system, a value of L* that indicates lightness of a surface thereof is 55 or larger.

Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy

A method for manufacturing an Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy casting material is provided. The method for manufacturing an Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy casting material includes performing heat treatment on an Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy casting material containing 5 mass % or larger and 10 mass % or smaller of Si, 0.2 mass % or larger and 1.0 mass % or smaller of Mg, 0.03 mass % or larger and 0.5 mass % or smaller of Sb, and 0.0004 mass % or larger and 0.0026 mass % or smaller of Be, and a remainder having an alloy composition including Al and unavoidable impurities.

Method for manufacturing Al&#x2014;Si&#x2014;Mg aluminum alloy cast material

A method includes product side showering of showering a first surface (the surface of a product () opposite to a feeder head ()) of an Al alloy casting () including the product () and the feeder head () with mist of cooling liquid, and feeder head side showering of showering a second surface (the surface of the feeder head () opposite to the product ()) of the Al alloy casting () with the mist of the cooling liquid. The feeder head side showering starts showering the second surface of the Al alloy casting () after a start and before an end of the product side showering to quench and cool the Al alloy casting () together with the product side showering.

Cooling method and cooling device for Al alloy manufactured casting

An opening portion is formed at an upper-side portion of a shroud panel so as to penetrate the panel longitudinally. A face member and a face support member form a duct that guides part of outside air coming in through an outside-air intake of the face member to an opening portion of the shroud panel. Accordingly, there can be provided a bumper structure that can properly guide the outside air to an engine room behind the heat exchanger.

The vehicle front structure of the present invention can suppress displacement of the shroud during a frontal impact with a pedestrian or an obstacle such as a curb.
