The present invention is a sensor assembly that is used in a door lock device provided with a latch, a ratchet, a drive unit that drives the ratchet and releases the engagement of the ratchet and the latch, and a case that accommodates the drive unit, the sensor assembly being provided with a sensor that detects the action of the ratchet when the engagement of the ratchet and the latch is released, wherein the sensor assembly is provided with: a connector that holds connection conductors electrically connected to the sensor, and is attached to the case; a sensor base that holds the sensor; a plurality of electric wires that connect the plurality of connection conductors and a plurality of terminal portions of the sensor; and a waterproofing material that comprises a photo-curing resin for covering, along with the sensor base, connecting portions of the terminal portions and the electric wires.

The latch device for the trunk lid of the vehicle includes an electric open lever that causes a ratchet to withdraw from a latch when the electric open lever rotates, and a release actuator that rotates the electric open lever. An output gear that rotates by driving force of the release actuator is provided near the electric open lever, a pair of a first cam projection and a second cam projection with phases shifted from each other by 180 degrees is provided at the output gear, and the output gear is configured such that when the output gear rotates by 180 degrees, the first cam projection abuts against and rotates the electric open lever, and rotation of the output gear is blocked by the second cam projection abutting against the rotated electric open lever.

Latch device for trunk lid of vehicle

A base plate is fixed to one of a door and a vehicle body of a vehicle. A latch is pivotally secured to the base plate and engages with a striker of the other of the door and the vehicle body, thereby connecting the door to the vehicle body. A ratchet is pivotally secured to the base plate and engages with the latch to allow the door to be held in a closed position. The base plate is fixed to the door or vehicle body with bolts. The striker which engages with the latch is positioned substantially on a straight line between center of the two bolts.

Door latch device for a vehicle

A base plate is provided in one of a door and a vehicle body of a vehicle. A latch is pivotally secured to the base plate and engages with a striker of the other of the door and the vehicle body. A ratchet engages with the latch to allow the door to be held in a closed position. An emergency-operating portion is mounted to the base plate and manually operated at the interior of the vehicle, so that the ratchet is released from the latch, which is then released from the striker. The door can be opened.

An opening and closing apparatus for an opening and closing body of a vehicle. The opening and closing apparatus includes a reciprocating member movable along a plane perpendicular to a hinge shaft. A connecting member is provided having a first end section fixed to the opening and closing body, and a second end section pivotally attached to the reciprocating member through a connecting shaft. The opening and closing body is moved to open and close through the connecting member upon a movement of the reciprocating member. In the opening and closing apparatus, the connecting member includes two side wall sections apart from each other in a direction parallel with the axis of the connecting shaft. A suppression member is disposed to a stationary body in the vehicle and so engaged between the two side wall sections as to be relatively movable to the connecting member.

The opening and closing apparatus includes a reciprocating member connected at its connecting portion to a motor so as to be moved to reciprocate along a plane perpendicular to a hinge shaft, the reciprocating member having a side surface parallel with the plane perpendicular to the hinge shaft. A connecting member is provided having a first end section pivotally attached to an end portion of the reciprocating member, and a second end section fixed to the opening and closing body. A deflection-suppressing device is provided to a stationary body connected to the vehicle body. A part of the side surface of the reciprocating member is slidably contacted with the deflection-suppressing device and is located between the connecting portion of the reciprocating member and the connecting member.
