Provided are a new vertical cavity surface emitting laser structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The structure includes a substrate layer, a lower N-type DBR, an active region, an upper N-type DBR and a mixed dielectric DBR sequentially arranged from bottom to top, where a second-class tunnel junction is arranged on one side of the active region close to the upper N-type DBR, where the second-class tunnel junction is embedded in a bottom of the upper N-type DBR and surrounded by the upper N-type DBR, and the substrate layer, the lower N-type DBR, the active region, the upper N-type DBR, the mixed dielectric DBR and the second-class tunnel junction are all coaxial elliptical cylinders; negative electrodes are arranged on the lower N-type DBR, and positive electrodes are arranged on the upper N-type DBRs substrate layer.

Vertical cavity surface emitting laser structure and manufacturing method thereof

Provided is a method for detecting a violent incident in a video based on a hypergraph transition model, comprising a procedure of extracting a foreground target track, a procedure of establishing a hypergraph and a similarity measure, and a procedure of constructing a hypergraph transition descriptor; using the hypergraph to describe a spatial relationship of feature points, in order to reflect attitude information about a movement; and modelling the transition of correlative hypergraphs in a time sequence and extracting a feature descriptor HVC, wherein same can effectively reflect the intensity and stability of the movement. The method firstly analyses the spatial relationship of the feature points and a transition condition of a feature point group, and then performs conjoint analysis on same. The method of the present invention is sensitive to disorderly and irregular behaviours in a video, wherein same is applicable to the detection of violent incidents.

The device carrier is configured to carry the device core unit, the first USB interface, the second USB interface, and the signal path selection unit of the wearable device; the device core unit is configured to perform a core function of the wearable device; the first USB interface and the second USB interface are configured to connect to an external device; the signal path selection unit is configured to control a signal path between the first USB interface and the device core unit or a signal path between the first USB interface and the second USB interface to be connected.
