The present disclosure relates to a display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing a display panel. The display panel has an electrode region, the electrode region including a substrate, a data line layer, and an isolation layer which are provided on the substrate and alternated in a direction parallel to an upper surface of the substrate, wherein the height of the data line layer is equal to the height of the isolation layer.
