A cooling apparatus includes: a plurality of cooling units each including a plurality of tube main bodies and a plurality of headers, each tube main body defining a cooling flow path that passes through an inside of the tube main body, and each header being disposed at both sides of the tube main body and vertically assembled based on the plurality of tube main bodies being stacked to thereby connect the cooling flow paths, a double-sided chip module disposed between at least two cooling units, and a heat-radiating adhesion portion attaching the double-sided chip module to the cooling unit. A set distance between the cooling unit and the double-sided chip module is maintained based on the plurality of headers being vertically assembled in contact with each other and equal to or less than a thickness of the heat-radiating adhesion portion.

Cooling apparatus

A cooling apparatus includes: a main body configured to provide a cooling water flow path in an inner space, a plurality of cooling jackets each including a plurality of cooling fins, the plurality of cooling fins being disposed inside the main body along the cooling water flow path and spaced apart from each other by a set distance, and a plurality of double-sided chip modules disposed between at least two of the plurality of cooling jackets and having an upper surface and a lower surface contacting the at least two cooling jackets. Each module of the plurality of double-sided chip modules is (i) located at a position corresponding to a position of one of the plurality of cooling fins, (ii) facing the one of the plurality of cooling fins, and (iii) spaced apart from at least one other module to simultaneously cool the upper surface and the lower surface.

A power module of the present invention includes a power device for converting and outputting a frequency of an input power source, and a housing accommodating the power device therein and forming flow paths for a cooling fluid on both sides of the power device such that the cooling fluid can contact both sides of the power device. Accordingly, both plate surfaces of the power device can be in direct contact with the cooling fluid so as to be quickly cooled.

Outdoor unit of air conditioner

Provided are a turbo fan and an air conditioner using the same. The turbo fan includes a main plate rotating by power provided from a fan motor, a blade having one end connected to the main plate to rotate, a shroud connected to the other end of the blade, and an orifice guiding a flow of indoor air in a direction of the shroud. The shroud includes a guide surface defining one surface of the shroud, the guide surface having a predetermined curvature and an air guide connected to a side of the shroud, the air guide being disposed in a direction of the orifice from the shroud.

Turbo fan and ceiling type air conditioner using the same

A ceiling type air conditioner includes a case defining an outer appearance, a fan disposed to a bottom of the case, a turbo fan disposed within the case, the turbo fan including a main plate rotated by power provided from the fan motor and a blade having a side connected to the main plate, and a heat exchanger disposed outside the turbo fan. A cooling passage cooling the fan motor is defined between the main plate and the bottom surface of the case. The cooling passage includes a flow part through which air passing through the blade flows into the flow part toward the fan motor, and a panel installation part to which a panel is installed for adjusting an amount of air flowing into the flow part toward the fan motor.
