Systems and methods are disclosed herein for transmission of multi-slot Physical Uplink Shared Channel PUSCH with repetitions in a half-duplex system such as a Time Division Duplexing TDD system. A method performed by a wireless device for transmission of multi-slot PUSCH repetitions in a half-duplex system comprises: receiving, from a network node, information related to slot-based configuration in a plurality of slots or mini-slots in the half-duplex system (); determining multiple consecutive uplink symbols in the plurality of slots or mini-slots based on the information received from the network node (); transmitting PUSCH repetitions to the network node in the determined multiple consecutive uplink symbols in the plurality of slots or mini-slots (). In this manner, the uplink multi-slot operation is facilitated, the uplink transmission gain is increased and the coverage of the TDD system is improved.

Method to configure the multi-slot PUSCH for half duplex systems

A method, system and apparatus are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, a network node is configured to communicate with a wireless device (WD). Method to decode uplink control channel for ultra reliable low latency applications

A mechanism for identifying a low performing radio branch at a radio transceiver device. A method is performed by the radio transceiver device that comprises transmitting a reference signal for at least some of the N radio branches in a respective test period. The reference signal in each test period is transmitted according to a test configuration that specifies that during each test period the reference signal is mapped to only one of the N radio branches such that in test period k, where k=1, . . . , N, the reference signal is only transmitted from radio branch k. The method comprises receiving at least one report from another radio transceiver device relating to measurements made by this so-called another radio transceiver device on the reference signal transmitted for these at least some of the N radio branches to identify which of the N radio branches is the low performing one.

Method and apparatus in a wireless communication system

Techniques for signaling radio link control (RLC) status reports to a wireless network, such as a network supporting multi-carrier High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA). An example method performed in a mobile terminal comprises calculating a throughput estimate data transmissions to the mobile terminal, determining a rate at which to send radio link control status reports, based on the throughput estimate, and sending radio link control status reports to the wireless network node at the determined rate. In some embodiments, the mobile terminal determines the rate at which to send radio link control status reports by comparing the throughput estimate to a threshold value and selecting the rate based on the comparison. The threshold value may be received from the wireless network node prior to the comparison.

Embodiments herein relate to a method, performed by a network node, for reducing a higher layer signaling overhead in multi antenna wireless communication systems. The network node operates in a communication network, which communication network is adapted to wirelessly serve a network device via a Radio Access, RA, node. The network node obtains information from the network device, which information comprises a category of the network device and a number of layers supported by the network device. The network node determines a length of a codebook subset restriction based on the information obtained from the network device. An order message can be received by the receiver from a radio network node. The order message orders the UE to utilize both additional pilots and common pilots. In response to the receiver receiving the order message, the transmitter may return an ACK message to the radio network node. The receiver may also be configured to receive data from the radio network node. The memory stores computer program code which, when run in the processor, causes the demodulator to demodulate received data utilizing additional pilots in addition to common pilots. Furthermore, the memory and the computer program code are configured to, together with the processor, cause the demodulator to demodulate received data utilizing only common pilots when the decoder is unsuccessful in decoding received data demodulated by utilizing additional pilots in addition to common pilots.

The channel measurements include a separate channel measurement for each transmission node based on the node-specific pilot signal transmitted by the transmission node. The method further includes selecting a desired combination of nodes from the subset of the transmission nodes based directly or indirectly on the channel measurements and providing an indication of the desired combination of nodes to the central control node for the combined cell.
