A semiconductor device includes first well regions in a substrate and spaced apart from each other, a connection doped region between the first well regions, and a first interconnection line electrically connected to the connection doped region through a first contact. The first well regions and the connection doped region include impurities of a first conductivity type, and a concentration of the impurities in the connection doped region is higher than that in the first well regions. The first well regions extend into the substrate to a depth larger than that of the connection doped region. A first portion of the connection doped region is disposed in the first well regions and a second portion of the connection doped region contacts the substrate.

Various embodiments relate to an electronic device and, according to one embodiment, the electronic device comprises a display and a processor, wherein the processor can be configured to detect at least one outline corresponding to at least one graphic object included in a first image to be displayed through the display, generate a second image in which the at least one outline has been adjusted to a first designated color and areas excluding the at least one outline in a first image have been adjusted to a second designated color, and display the second image by using the display. According to various embodiments, an operating method for a first electronic device may include: synchronizing a main scene displayed on a second electronic device with the progress of a specific application; determining a sub-scene relating to the main scene through the specific application; and displaying the sub-scene on the first electronic device.
