A display apparatus having: a display main body provided with a screen; a base member supporting the display main body; and a cylinder assembly provided between the display main body and the base member to liftably support the display main body, wherein the cylinder assembly exerts a supporting force at least as great as a weight of the display main body. Thus, the present invention offers the display apparatus with a simple structure capable of fine variation of a height of the display main body. Further, the display main body is lifted easily with a small force.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus having a display body displaying a picture, a stand supporting the display body, and a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly has a tilting hinge provided between the display body and the stand to allow the display body to tilt relative to the stand; a pivoting hinge provided between the display body and the tilting hinge to allow the display body to pivot relative to the stand; and a swiveling hinge provided between the tilting hinge and the stand to allow the display body to swivel relative to the stand. Additionally, the display body can be installed on various kinds of arm stands in accordance with the VESA FDMI standard.

A projection television having a CRT assembly projecting image beams and front and rear casings, respectively provided in a front and a back of the CRT assembly, and further having a pair of CRT brackets provided between the front and rear casings, to support the CRT assembly. The CRT bracket is made of a conductive metallic material, thereby reducing deformation and deterioration because of changes in temperature and humidity, discharging heat generated from the CRT assembly, and blocking EMI.

Projection television

A printed circuit board (PCB) bracket for a monitor has a bottom plate including a corrugated part formed at a predetermined portion of the bottom plate and preventing a deformation by a vertical external force, a front plate formed at the front of the above corrugated part and folded vertically against the bottom plate, a pair of protruding plates protruding from both sides of the front plate and including respective connecting hole, a pair of side plates formed extensively at both sides of the bottom plate, including a securing protuberance formed at a position corresponding to the above connecting hole and connecting protuberance formed at a predetermined portion, and a rear plate formed at the back side of the bottom plate and folded vertically. In the case that the front, side and rear plates folded against the bottom plate are assembled, there is a prevention of a vertical deformation through the corrugated part, prevention of the front plate from overturning frontwards by the securing protuberance inserted and folded into each of connecting holes of a pair of the protruding plates, and prevention of the outside part of the protruding plates from overturning sidewards by being blocked on the inner side of the connecting protuberance.

Printed circuit board (PCB) bracket for a monitor

A display device includes a front case; a cathode ray tube mounted on the front case; a main circuit board mounted on the rear side of the cathode ray tube; a circuit board frame, mounted to one among the front case and the cathode ray tube, to support the circuit board; a nonflammable and fire-retardant shield case to contain a fire that may break out in the interior of the display device, while providing a shielding effect which minimizes the radiation of electromagnetic waves generated by the display device and protects the display device from external electromagnetic interference; and a rear case that is combined with the front case to encase the interior of the display device. A top surface of the shield case includes an anode cap shield which protrudes upwardly from the surface to a fixed height to form openings on either side of an anode cap shield. A nonflammable and fireproof plate member having sides which block the openings formed by the anode cap shield is installed under a top plate of the shield case. Thus, the front and rear cases are made of a non-fireproof material, yet UL fire safety requirements are met.
