There is provided a medicine dispensing system configured such that a medicine dispensing device includes a sub unit having a function to dispense medicine that is connected to a medicine dispensing device that includes a main unit having a function of packing medicines. There is also provided a medicine dispensing device that can be appropriately integrated with such a medicine dispensing system. The medicine dispensing system includes, in some embodiments a main unit, a sub unit and a transfer device connecting the main unit and the sub unit. The medicine dispensing system transfers the medicine dispensed in the sub unit to the main unit by means of a transfer device and dispenses the medicine at a medicine packing part together with the medicine dispensed from a main storage part in the main unit.

Medicine packaging apparatus

A tablet supply unit () of a medicine packing apparatus () has a tablet housing section () including tablet housing chambers () for respectively housing the tablets for one dose fed from upper end openings thereof. The tablet housing chambers () are arranged in a plurality of rows in an anteroposterior direction and a plurality of columns in a lateral direction. A closing cover () opens upper end openings () of all of the tablet housing chambers () at an open position and closes the upper end openings () in one or more rows of the tablet housing chambers on a rear side among the tablet housing chambers at a closed position.

Component for opening package sheets for drug packaging machines

Tablets are delivered from a tablet storage case () mounted on a case support table (), and when the tablets are passed through a delivery passage (), formed in the case support table (), quantity of the passed tablets is counted by a counting means (). A start state of mounting of the tablet storage case () on the case support table () is detected by case detection means (), and the counting sensor () is kept in off state until the start state of mounting of the photon-electron conversion region is detected by the case detection () and is set to On state after the detection. This ensures prevention of erroneous operation due to the mounting and dismounting of the tablet storage case () on and from the case support table ().

Tablet feeder

A medicine package conveying apparatus is provided with a conveyor () and a roller member () to convey a medicine package () with a plurality of bags in which medicine is packaged. The roller member () is made of elastic material and includes press portions () of cylindrical shape which rotate and press both side edges of the medicine package () on the conveyor () and an escape portion () which is positioned between the press portions () and is smaller in a diameter than the press portions (). Thus, the medicine package conveying apparatus can smoothly convey the medicine package.

A medicine packing apparatus feeds medicine in accordance with prescription data and then separates and packs the medicine by one dose. A discriminating mechanism ( ) determines the type of medicine package belt to be formed in accordance with prescription data. Thus, according to the present invention, a different configuration of medicine package belts can be properly distributed and transferred based on the use thereof.

Medication packing apparatus

The present invention provides a medicine feed unit which can reliably feed a predetermined number of medicine sticks without requiring a work for aligning the medicine sticks. The medicine feed unit is equipped with a medicine housing container for housing a plurality of medicine sticks each obtained by packaging a medicine in a cylindrical bag sealed at both end portions and a medicine feeding section , to which the medicine housing container is removably attached and which feeds the medicine sticks one by one. The medicine feeding section includes conveyance means having a passage , on which the medicine stick can be conveyed in a longitudinal direction thereof, a medicine feeding container having an inclined surface for moving the medicine stick conveyed by the conveyance means diagonally downward toward a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, a rotor , which is disposed in the medicine feeding container so that rotation thereof can be driven and conveys the medicine stick moved along the inclined surface while holding them in a holding depressed portion formed in an outer periphery.

Medicine feed unit

An ampule collector which can collect selected ampules from corresponding feeders without breakage and jamming of ampules. The ampule collector has a plurality of cylindrically stacked ampule feeders in which are stored different kinds of ampules. In order that ampules, discharged from selected feeders drop only a short distance, a vertically movable ampule collecting container is provided in the center of the cylindrical structure defined by the feeders. Jamming of ampules is prevented by rotating a bottom cover provided at the center of the ampule collecting container, stirring ampules with protrusions formed on the conical inner surface, and changing the directions of the ampules with vanes provided on the conical inner surface. With the container inserted in an ampule stocker provided under the bottom cover, it is possible to supply ampules into the stocker without breaking them.

Ampule collector

An ampule dispenser for dispensing ampules from an ampule container in which a plurality of ampules are stored in a disorderly manner. It has a stocker for stocking ampules discharged from the ampule container. The stocker has a bottom wall sloping downward both in a first direction in which ampules are discharged from the ampule container and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A cylindrical rotor is provided in the bottom wall at one side thereof for rotation in one direction. The rotor has axial grooves formed in the outer periphery thereof and extending axially to receive a single ampule discharged at a time.
